im gonna be very very real here THIS GAME is actualy awsome as A. this game practically is a 4 in one game theres great story good writeing amazeing plot and 2 tours you can take. The 5 hour segment that showed the sinking was amazeing it can cover 2 hrs in 5 minutes somewhat you hop onto a lifeboat and watch evrything unfold. i was actualy crying during one part of it [im not emotional useually] they did a great job with this game with omost perfect voice acting and its realy realistic for a game like this as most other companys woulde probably make this but alot more cheap. if youd make a game to honour the 1,500+ people who died this would be a nice way to do it aight im done yapping now have a good day!
0/10 Could not go down with the ship. 11/10 Cute boat buddy.
I was really excited for this game in VR as I have a passion for the Titanic and it's stories. It DOES NOT support the Meta Quest 3 tracked controllers. In order to proceed past the initial 5 minutes, you need either an Xbox controller or a keyboard and mouse. This makes it unplayable and breaks the immersion. Very disappointed. Refunded.
The controller mapping is not working every VR like my HP reverb. There is no remap possibility. Anyway, nice to discover the area but the UX is really low. The wreck itself also a bit low quality but can enjoy. 4/10
Fantastic experience. Absolutely worth the $10 I got it on sale for. Get this one for sure. Here's my review: https://youtu.be/UQQQYA7GQCs?si=pKfyvbDZPLMmyacx
What you basically get with this game is a 1 hour ride considering: - Witnessing the sink of Titanic from a passager's perspecive (no interaction); - Guided tour covering many of the Titanic rooms and spaces while bringing historic information about them and what happened; There is also a sandbox experience (exploration on your own) if you like that I honestly found both experiences very good however its basically watching a movie. The 3D models are detailed but I believe the textures couldnt match them so improving them would bring more realism to the experience as overall. I recommend the purchase. Seeing the ship getting wrecked in front of you can hit hard on emotion.
This experience is incredible. I really felt like I was there exploring the wreckage for real. It's really spooky exploring by yourself and terrifying exploring with the ROV. At least with the sub, you feel protected. With the ROV, I was floating amongst the wreckage. I've never experienced anything quite like this. I was in awe and terrified in equal measure. I really enjoyed the autopilot tour. It was a little less scary to have the narrator with me and the sub/ROV on autopilot. Worth every penny. It's a steal. Should cost more in my opinion. The only con would be the sinking of Titanic experience. It's ok but could have been better. It was far too short. Would have been great to be able to move around a bit before, maybe starting where the iceberg hits the ship.
a fascinating and informative, detailed tour of the wreck site. though the game doesn't seem to mention it, you can ACTUALLY traverse the whole site, debris field and all!
It is the first time I went in tears in VR, watching the tragedy of the Titanic unfolding little by little. Then, I found the exploration of the shipwreck to be too good to be true. Surely, the graphics are low resolution, but it remains a surreal experience. I can recommend this title along with the Apollo 11 VR HD, or on its own.
