Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 19.43/day in the week to Aug 10 → 25.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

When I first played The Walking Dead, I bought the first season thinking the game was probably going to be cool, but I also expected it to be bad because of the graphics you cannot judge something just because of the graphics. I was completely wrong very wrong. This is genuinely one of the saddest games ever created and is a narrative masterpiece. From the characters to the soundtrack, everything about this game feels realistic. The choices you make are what truly make it special. Even though the gameplay itself is very simple, the decisions are incredibly difficult because there is rarely a good choice. The characters are so well written that the game can make you hate someone one moment and become attached to them the next. The game is great because not everyone is simply “good” or “evil.” Another thing the series does well is its characters. Nobody feels completely perfect, and many characters make choices that are understandable even when they are wrong. The game does a great job showing that survival can bring out both the best and worst in people. Another thing the series does well is its characters. Nobody feels completely perfect, and many characters make choices that are understandable even when they are wrong. The game does a great job showing that survival can bring out both the best and worst in people. For a low-budget game, The Walking Dead did something incredible. Season 1 was the perfect introduction to the series. It showed the brutal reality of a zombie apocalypse through the eyes of Lee Everett, a man trying to protect Clementine, an 8-year-old girl who depends on him for survival. Speaking of Lee he's probably one of the best written characters. Season 2 changes the focus and becomes more about survival, trust, and realizing that sometimes the biggest threat isn’t the zombies it’s other people. Season 3 introduces a new main character, Javier, as he tries to protect his family during the apocalypse. Season 4 brings the story back around with ideas similar to the first season, but with a different perspective. One of the strongest parts of the series is how attached you become to the characters. After spending so much time with them, losing them feels genuinely emotional because they feel like real people instead of just characters in a game. The soundtrack is also amazing. From Season 1 all the way to Season 4, the music adds so much emotion and makes every important moment hit harder. There really aren’t many soundtracks in games that fit the story as perfectly as this one does. If you play this game, don’t rush through it. Take your time and enjoy the journey. The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is one of the best story-driven games ever released. It may look simple on the surface, but the writing, characters, and emotional moments make it unforgettable. Please play this game. I’m genuinely begging you it’s an amazing experience. After beating the game, you’re left with a feeling of emptiness that’s hard to describe that I cannot describe. It’s the kind of story that stays in your mind even after you finish it. I truly think anyone who loves story games needs to experience this game. Rating: 11/10

emotional damage
The Walking Dead is a game that truly means a lot to me I don't mean this in a bad way towards other games, but no other game has ever left me as emotionally devastated after finishing it as this one. Maybe it isn't perfect in every aspect... but the story... the story is unforgettable Clementine's story is one that finds its way straight into your heart. No other game has ever made me feel emotions as strongly as this one I used to have a pretty negative opinion of Seasons 3 and 4. After all these years, I decided to play through the entire series again, and in the end I had to change my mind about both of them. They will probably never be as heartbreaking to me as Seasons 1 and 2, but this time I was finally able to see the love and passion behind their stories that I completely missed before I'm writing this review just a short while after finishing Season 4 and after all these years, I see it in a completely different light. Honestly... after everything this series put me through, I cried This series will always have a special place in my heart. No other game has ever made me connect with its main characters the way The Walking Dead did or made me experience their heartbreaking journey so deeply
best game ever
love this game best story teller ever
i cry everytime i think of this stupid game
