The Travels of Marco Polo

It's just fine. Entertaining, with not very difficult puzzles, but it's a very short game.

Not a bad game, but there are way better hidden object games out there.

when i first booted up Marco Polo, i thought it was nothing more than an ancient game. unbeknownst to me, this game CHANGED my life. as i booted it up, and its graceful music greeted my ears with a solemn symphony, i had found that not only was i a direct descendant of Marco "the goat" Polo- I was a reincarnation. Memories, flooding back to me, I had finally remembered my purpose. I knew every. single. solution. The very iconic spider chasing mini-game, is in fact lore accurate. I, Marco "awesome-sauce" Polo, did that frequently. Although, It is slightly historically inaccurate. When i was held prisoner, Five or six monkey ninjas had broken into my cell. I did in fact defeat them. Other than this? Its pretty legit. Signed, Marco "him" Polo.

비교적 짧은 시간에 끝낼 수 있고 퍼즐도 그렇게 어렵지 않습니다. 그럭저럭 가볍게 해볼 만합니다. 역사적 사실이 어느 정도 게임 스토리에 녹아있어서 약간 교육적이고 나이와 관계없이 누구나 할 수 있는 게임입니다.

The travels of Marco Polo, un jeu - trop court pour satisfaire qui que ce soit (m'a pris 3h sans toucher ni hint ni skip, pauses cafetière comprises), - trop point&click pour les amateurs d'aventure/objets cachés, - trop objets cachés pour les amateurs de point&click, - trop mélange mythe et réalité pour satisfaire les historiens en herbe, - trop musée des objets et cultures pour une simple distraction, - trop lourd de concessions ludiques pour être pris pour argent comptant, - trop ponctuellement historique pour ne pas être pris un petit peu au sérieux, - trop lapidaire pour approfondir, - trop coeur d'artichaut pour les aventuriers, - trop mal présenté pour ne pas frustrer (description minimale des mini-jeux, dialogues panneaux de texte sans doublage alors que les cinématique le sont et en français en plus) - trop peu technique pour les geeks... Oui mais bon, ça fait pas de mal de réviser que l'Histoire, en plus de bastons régulières, est aussi à base de brassage culturel, scientifique et économique depuis plus longtemps qu'on ne finit par le croire.

Beau jeu qui vous fera un peu voyager. Sans prétention, ce point & clic offre des tableaux variés et de puzzle de qualité. Il est néanmoins très court (2,5h) et la fin est un peu brutale ... A acheter en solde
