Another classical HEDE hidden object game which is just like all their others - lazy, overpriced trash. As usual it's mostly an asset flip. The scene is one of the example scenes from SurrounDead Survival Game Assets by Justwo with some extra assets (like monsters) and HEDE's abysmal hidden object "engine" slapped on top of it all. While the "developer" has actually slightly improved their "engine" over time this one has an annoying bug: the preview of the item you need to find uses transparency so the background scene is visible through it. Apparently Render Textures are really hard to use. Also, resetting the scene doesn't work and just gets the game stuck and trying to switch the camera position will make you end up under the terrain. All other HEDE hallmarks are still present: bad music, ugly interface, achievements that unlock way too early (at least they do work!) and of course all three operating system's versions are still contained in the download for every system so you basically install the game three times. Not that the hard drive space matters but it displays the absolutely laziness of the "developer". As usual the game is also far too expensive at $10 but as HEDE's a greedy, immoral person they of course sold keys to DailyIndieGame as soon as possible. Don't trust the positive reviews on this one, HEDE is known for buying reviews on all their games. Just look at them: all posted on March 11, all positive, all of them in broken english and all bought directly on Steam. Yeah, right. classic russian store or whatever crap store overpriced game you can find that hasn't any real gameplay and shouldn't be called a game in the first place. stay away, there are tons of hidden object games better than this. you only need a few minutes to get all achievements. i won a key in a giveaway, i wouldn't even pay a cent to buy this for myself.
This "game" should be illegal, developers that asset flip need to be banned from Steam. Like it's not even playable, the control scheme/interface they slap over this asset flip is unbelievably, astronomically stupid. I can't even begin to fully encompass how brain dead the design is, but to summarize, zooming the camera in/out is inverted, the controls are mapped to a flat perspective but the game is isometric (so pushing right goes right-up, left goes left-down, etc.), and the indicator for what to find next is just a camera in world space, so the object could be covered by grass or other obstacles making it impossible to see the item. Oh and you can't rotate the camera, and there's also two different buttons that reset the zoom level. These 'devs' absolutely pay for positive reviews as well, I mean just go read through them: one says there are "lots of locations, lots of different items, beautiful levels and soundtrack", there is ONE level, its the same as the example level in the asset pack the 'dev' bought, there's very few items, and there is a single song that's about 10 seconds long and loops. Straight up misinformation, they don't even try to make them sound legit: "Mindfulness game develops perception well!" Are you serious? One said it liked the "mechanics", you mean LEFT CLICKING? How about the review that said it was "very interesting"? These 'devs' need to be kicked off Steam permanently, definitely 100% buying reviews. There isn't a single person on this planet, even a 5 year old child, that would give this a positive review, I mean hell even the main menu is so awfully set up I accidentally closed the game trying to start it, like it's not even worth pissing on, let alone $10. The only reason I'm even wasting my time writing a review is to let everyone know these positive reviews are ALL bs.
🎮 Hidden Post-Apocalyptic Top-Down 3D 🎮
Also eine Art Wimmelbildspiel. Aufgrund dessen auch keine Empfehlung. i dont get why this game has so many positiv review. its really bad and there seems to be just one stage, so i finished it in a few minutes. not really worth the price (has easy achievements though)
Overpriced "game", avoid it.
Hidden Post-Apocalyptic Top-Down 3D is a terrible asset flip "game" avoid
Genre
Ein Top Down Hidden Object Spiel
Gameplay
