Defy deadly enemies and huge bosses in tight, visceral melee combat. Target and slice specific limbs off your foes, with a next-gen loot system where you loot what you dismember. Equip, upgrade and craft new weapons and armors sliced from enemies, and make yourself stronger through a fresh take on leveling-up.

This game really not a cup of tea for everyone as it broke my sanity quite a lot of times and i even took a long break because the mobs become way too difficult after mid game and also the navigation for the main story sucks hard because often times i dont even know where to go or what to do as there is no direction. But in the end if you wanna challenge your self with something different and hard you can try this game and the fighting mechanics and the armour weapon collecting parts is really cool so ya try out this game as on discount its worth it.

j'ai bien aimé et je l'ai fini ! les bon cotés : le setting et le lore inspiré du film "elysium" les side quest et le coté ciblage pour decouper les armures /armes et les recuperer le bof : le level up, les differents dégats résistances, drones ou tu comprends rien, faut un vrai temps pour capter ! les hitbox pas toujours carré et le level design parfois génial et parfois tirer par les cheveux, vaut mieux ne pas faire de longue pause entre session
Every enemy in The Surge is both a threat and a shopping list. Need his weapon? Cut off the arm holding it. Need his helmet? Remove the head. Need to survive? Stop attacking the heavily armoured body part you came here to steal. The corridors can blur together and the combat takes time to click, but the limb-targeting system turns every fight into a choice between the easy kill and the useful one. CREO promised me a better future. I left wearing my coworkers.
game holds up pretty well. I got the first and second game for a few dollars. if your looking for a soulslike for cheap this is it.
