I'm a big Lovecraft fan, so this game tickles me pink in all sorts of ways. It's cheese, to be sure, but the WWI vet turned private eye trope is classic. That so many Lovecraftian evils and fun Easter eggs are tossed into the game is great. Combat is kind of meh, the enemies are kind of meh- but the story and atmosphere are A1. Recommend.

1.5/10 Salvando la atmósfera, no recomendaría esta porquería a nadie. La historia es simplemente lamentable, totalmente desacompasada con un "mundo abierto" completamente vacío. TODOS los personajes que conoces son un resumen de 3 frases mediocres para que tomes una decisión que ni aporta, ni sirve absolutamente para nada en todo el juego. No vuelven a aparecer/no vuelves a verlos. La "investigación" del loop jugable consiste en ir de punto A al B, luego al C y D... Ves una secuencia que te dice la solución y... ya. No pienses, no razones... el juego está hecho para que cualquiera con serios daños cerebrales pueda completarlo. El combate, las animaciones... Absolutamente deleznable.
Nette Atmosphäre mit guten Synchronsprechern. Die Grafik wirkt dem Spiel angemessen düster. Die Steuerung ist stellenweise etwas umständlich, aber dank der integrierten Hilfe kann man sie bewältigen. Was leider fehlt ist die Option springen zu können. Das hat jetzt bei mir mehrfach dazu geführt, dass ich in Stellen stecken geblieben bin und nicht mehr herauskam. Leider bleibt dann nur ein Beenden des Spiels, da ein anderes entkommen aus zum Beispiel dem Wasser nicht möglich ist. Wenn man sich mit diesem kleinen Problem arrangieren kann, ist das Spiel ein netter Mystery Zeitvertreib mit deutlichen Lovecraft Vibes.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GAME IM OBSESSED. The story telling and ambiance is beautiful and the gameplay is so plesant. I love how you dont get constantly attacked by monsters, you invade their space if you want to fight. Its just so good cant wait for sinking city 2!
