Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.

Ana hikaye ve yan görevlerin hikayeleri çok güzeldi kendine özgü atmosferi var farklı hissettiriyor sırf hikayesi beni içine çektiği için bitirdim, geri kalanı çok eksik vuruş hissiyatı yok sıfır derecede yok yani karakter gelişimi için yetenek geliştirme koymuşlar oda hiç hissettirmiyor, sırf hikayesinin hatırı için tavsiye ediyorum.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 76.75/day in the week to Jul 15 → 3.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I’ve never played the original Sinking City, so I went into the remaster with fresh eyes. After two hours, I uninstalled, and honestly, that felt like two hours too long. The game tries to sell itself as a Lovecraftian detective experience, but what I got was a janky walking simulator with clumsy combat sprinkled on top. Movement feels sluggish, like the character is wading through molasses, and every animation looks like it’s one patch away from collapsing completely. Gunplay is awkward and unsatisfying — enemies sponge up bullets while your character shoots like he’s never actually held a gun before. The investigation mechanics, which should be the highlight of a detective game, are shallow at best. You don’t really solve mysteries; you just walk around clicking on highlighted objects until the game decides you’ve seen enough to move on. It’s not clever, it’s not immersive, and it’s definitely not fun. Performance is another disaster. I can run modern AAA games on high settings without a hitch, but this “remaster” made my GPU sound like it was auditioning for a horror game of its own. The graphics aren’t bad, but they’re nowhere near impressive enough to justify the poor optimization. And then there’s the atmosphere. A Lovecraft-inspired game should ooze dread, mystery, and tension. Instead, I felt nothing but frustration as lifeless NPCs stood around staring blankly, the city felt repetitive and empty, and the supposed “cosmic horror” boiled down to muddy textures and a lot of filler walking. I wanted eerie, unsettling storytelling. What I got was a clunky, half-baked remaster of a game that already had a mixed reputation. Verdict: Two hours played, already uninstalled. If this is the “remastered” version, I don’t want to know how bad the original was.
Best game ever fr, i enjoyed every moment of it!
Oyun gayet güzel fakat bir yandan kafa karıştırıcıda Yan görevleri olması güzel görevlerde belli bir konum yok kendiniz araştırarak buluyorsunuz yerleri Zor yanı bu ki aslında olması gerekende bu Sonuçta dedektifsiniz:) Gizem çözmeyi seviyorsanız ve detaycı biriyseniz mutlaka tavsiye ederim 12 saat oynadım zamanın nasıl geçtiğini anlamadım:) Dediğim gibi tavsiye ediyorum oynayın oynatın ;)
I just wasted 24 hours of life playing this game. Don't play this for your own goodness. This game has some interesting ideas like looking through chronicles to get information. But that's it. It stops there. The information you get is only to serve the quests. The process is basically going from A to B and returning to C to click buttons based on the key words in the quest description. No brain is needed. Repeat this 100 times and you will beat the game. Speakiing of the battle, there are only 4 types of monsters throughout the game. Well if you count the funny creatures underwater then it's 6. Skill tree has no depth and definitely no build at all. The story is not explained well. No logic. Anytime I tried to connect a few threads to picture the whole story, it just turns out those threads have no connection with each other. The game threw out a lot of figures and never finish one of them. For example, at the start you work for the guy called Robert Thorgmorton. Later there is a side quest about his family secret and I thought it has something to do with the truth to the city. But no, it stopped there and Mr. Thorgmorton just disappeared from the story and you will never hear from him again. Details are hot messes. Every single house looks the same inside. You will constantly get stuck at a random corner lol. Also, dont be surprised if you ever run into a conversation and have no idea why you get shot after. No interaction with npc except quests. You will not discover any surprise or anything interesting. After playing the game, I have many questions unsolved. The EOD was such a hype and totally disappeared in late game. Who the hell is this The King in Yellow? Was the poor guy's wife released after being held hostage? By all means, this is not a detective game. I did not feel that I played as a detective but rather like a guy who drank a bottle of vodka 10 am in the morning and never slept at night.
Unsurprisingly, investigation-related features that migrated from Sherlock games are good, although watered down due to the sheer scope. Also unsurprisingly, if you've made bite-sized walking/talking simulators for 20 years, you aren't really equipped to jump at an ambitious open world game with combat and survival elements in one go. I find this game pretty un-Lovecraftian and un-horror in spirit, but its decorations, sounds and themes are immersive enough to give you a good experience if you are the kind of a gamer who believes that such things can salvage subpar gameplay. If not - do yourself a favour and stick mostly to the main quest. There is a substantial chance that if you focus on side quests you will quickly burn out.
