About
The Outer Worlds 2 is the eagerly-awaited sequel to the award-winning first-person sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment (just look at the exciting number of dashes in this sentence!). Time to clear your calendar – get ready for an action-packed adventure with a new crew, new weapons, and new enemies in a new colony! So much newness!
As a daring and most likely good-looking Earth Directorate agent, you must uncover the source of devastating rifts threatening to destroy all of humanity. Your investigation leads to Arcadia, home of skip drive technology, where the fate of the colony, and ultimately the entire galaxy, rests on your decisions—your strengths, your flaws, your crew, and the factions you choose to trust.
The Arcadia colony is engulfed in a factional war, as the Protectorate’s so-called benevolent rule is challenged by the rebellion of their religious order and a corporate invasion. As destructive rifts spread across the colony, each faction fights to control or close them for their own ends. Navigate diverse zones, uncover hidden lore, and shape the fate of a system on the brink!
Build your character with the abilities and choices that reflect your playstyle. The colony reacts to your every move, crafting a narrative that’s yours to own—whether you’re a disciple of diplomacy, an astute strategist, a crusader for chaos, or something different altogether. And yes, you can dumb!
Recruit companions with unique traits, backgrounds and goals. Whether you choose to help them achieve their ambitions or steer them toward your own objectives, your influence shapes their growth (or death), making them an integral part of the immersive story you create together.

This is a "Well, It's OK I guess". Play this if you're stuck for something to do. If you're looking for a game where, at the end, your saying "WOW that was great", carry on looking. There's very little to like. The characters are good, I like the companions. They are all likeable in their own way. The voice acting is top draw and their stories are probably the best thing about the game It looks good; 8/10. That's about it. Mainly the game is designed to force you to replay. Skills It's excruciatingly ungenerous in skill points. To really enjoy the game, you need many skills, way beyond what you can get by lvl 30. Stealth builds for example require so many points that it's mid game before it even begins to become worthwhile. The reason? Force you to replay where you can add more skills. It's frustrating. Perks So few, and very few are at all exciting. Again,if you want decent load out, replay Collectibles Tiny, hidden away. Some are missable even at early game so unless you are willing to scan each millimeter you won't get them all. Of course you can use maps, but therein are spoilers. It's ok, replay if you missed them! They aren't there for your fun, they just rely on your FOMO. So replay? No, it's just not that good. Gear There's just one set of stats, small changes to armour. Companions: In the first game you could build up your team so you could just watch them lay waste, big fun. Not so here. Wasn't till I had completed all companion quests (gated by main story) that they were half as powerful. Weapons Some fun ones! It's just crap balancing. If you do play it, it's a lot more fun with a mod to increase skill points. It's a cheat but the game is just annoying otherwise.
Not as good as first one, but still very fun
The game is good if you can get past the constant game freezing every hour when you switch locations.
It a pale shadow of It's prequel. It's definitely an enjoyable playthrough but too many holes in the story and a rather underwhelming end to somewhat promising build up. A good value if it's on sale. Full price, its a waste. So much potential but failed in storytelling. Combat is decent.
Anyone else looking forward to try out the "Purple-berry Tequila"???
Outer Worlds 2, like Outer Worlds before it, is a very fun game. After a great tutorial mission, you are thrown into a conflict between three main factions over the fate of a solar system, chasing a mysterious villain, with a looming cataclysmic event you have to stop. Your role in the story feels bigger than the first Outer Worlds which leads to some difficult and interesting choices along the way. As with all Obsidian games I've played, the writing is top-notch. The fact that these writers can balance dramatic, emotional moments with some of the funniest dialogue in any game is amazing. There are times where a dialogue option was so funny, I wanted to pick it just to see how it would play out, even though it was completely contradictory to how I was roleplaying the main character. Also as per usual, the companion characters are all excellent and have incredible arcs. Each character provides an interesting perspective on the overarching conflict, and the fact that these characters end up in such different places from when you first meet them is truly impressive. You feel like you've gone on a journey with this spaceship full of ragtag misfits. The gameplay is excellent. Combat and movement are great. Like Avowed, just getting around the world is engaging, maybe the best in any open-world RPG I've played in recent memory. Rarely are you just walking through a building, there are inevitably two or three ways to traverse through a space depending on your skills and how well you pay attention to clues in your surroundings. There are a lot of different kinds of enemies and every weapon feels punchy and fun to use. You have enough options in fights between guns, melee weapons, grenades, companion abilities, stealth, and special gadgets, that combat is always engaging and you can approach it however feels best to you. The different RPG systems all are deep and overlap nicely too. For example, your speech skill helps when talking to people but it also provides benefits in combat. The same is true for melee, guns, science, and so on. Level ups are impactful and you'll always wish you had more skill points because each skill provides tangible benefits and interesting perks. One of the standout features is the flaws system which will give you a benefit, but with a cost. These flaws are also based on how you play the game so they feel unique to your playstyle. For example, in any game with guns, I always reload my guns before the magazine is empty. I was doing this a lot and the game offered me a flaw that would lower my gun damage for a short time if I ever let my magazine completely empty without reloading. In exchange, my magazine sizes for all guns was increased permanently. Some of the flaws are almost game-breaking and will completely change how you play. You have to choose to accept each flaw though so it is never going to ruin a build you're working on. Aesthetically, the world is interesting to explore, looks great, and you're accompanied by some excellent music. The in-universe songs that play over the radio stations are genuinely catchy and funny too. Definitely give them a listen while you're trekking across these alien planets. If you like big, expansive RPGs in the vein of Skyrim or the 3D Fallout games, I feel confident you'll like Outer Worlds 2 (or Outer Worlds for that matter). Outer Worlds 2 is not the same as those games but it definitely scratches the same itch and for me, it's better in a lot of ways. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
mooi spel
limitless
Після першої частини, яка мала дух нью-вегаса, ця - просто поганий клон фоллаут 3. Ні гумору, ні стрілянини, ні цікавого розвитку, ні сюжету, все дуже однообразне. Не рекомендую.
