The Mermaid Mask

My favourite game I played in 2026 so far! I was ultra excited for it after Tangle Tower. The mystery is intriguing and gripping, the atmosphere incredibly charming and overall it was a joy to play.

Jouez-y. Vous ne le regretterez pas.

Great detective game. Character designs are great and the voice acting is incredible. Only small gripe I had was the controller support being only okay, and there was one puzzle near the end that I had to use a mouse to complete, but used a controller for the entire rest of the game. Would definitely recommend.

Evolução absoluta da jornada de Grimoire e Sally. Que história boa!!!! Muito importante pontuar também como a ilustração se aprimora a cada jogo lançado, com o design de personagens sempre original, criativo e surpreendente. Recomendo muito pra quem gosta de investigação, e recomendo mais ainda que joguem os jogos anteriores antes pra enriquecer ainda mais a experiência.

As a fan of the series I was very happy with this release! The game includes an enjoyable cast, music, animations, story, and art! Would recommend the whole series, this game especially! :D

The writing is so good! One of the only games where I am not bored listening to NPCs rants.

A simple game you can't really fail that takes the charm, wit and whimsy of its predecessor and doubles down. An intriguing tale and a solid mystery! The soundtrack is once more just.... sublime. So good. The voice acting, the animations, EVERYTHING has so much love and detail poured into it. The two leads play fabulously off each other. Strong recommend for those looking for good writing, good characters, and intrigue in their games. For those looking for hard gameplay though? Eh.... Again, you can't fail in any meaningful way, or lock yourself out of basically anything, so even terrible gamers will have their path funneled into the end game. Gameplay itself is pretty light with some deduction puzzles, and some minigame puzzles. Nothing is particularly hard. TL;DR - Game is a masterclass in charm, a solidly written story and experience, and some decent gameplay tidbits in between.
