Relaxing and chill, you really feel like you have entered the homey world of Redwall, cooking delicious food with simple ingredients - but some of the recipes are deceptively difficult, so the challenge is there!

Great for Redwall fans! I hate cooking in real life but this game makes it fun! It really is a low stress game, you can't really mess up even when you think you are doing bad (darn perfectionism). I do wish when you do really good that you got more gold but again this is a low stress game, can't really mess up. The recipes fit right in to the Redwall theme. Characters are cute, and you can skip the dialect if you want. Only trouble I've come across is that when retrieving the foragers, sometimes I have to click 3 or 4 times to be able to return them. I like playing one customer at a time and coming back a few times a week. Not a game that I'm going to sit down and play hours and hours on at one time, but that's ok.

Bought the game as a die hard Redwall fan and I can say I enjoyed the game within reason. If you like Redwall and the themes, Feasts, a cute story, cooking, it might be for you. A large part of RedWall is all about these grand Feasts and the food - so much about the food - and this game gives you a little taste of what it might be like to cook in that world. You play as an older gentleman mouse trying to win the rights to cook in Redwall's famous kitchen - if that kind of thought ever inspired you or raised some desire, this game will scratch that itch. That being said - the game has some, ironing, that could be done on it. Nothing is game breaking, just a little, extra seasoning could be added. It is a flavorful, quaint, and utterly charming game in its own right - but not expect wonders out of it. (Really, its more about the story/novelty/opportunity not the game play.) Go for the love of the Series - you'll enjoy yourself with a cozy, pretty laid back little game. I would not recommend it if you expecting a fancy, flashing, cooking game like Cooking Sim or Cooking Mama.

Short, sweet, and relaxing. Reminds me somewhat of the old Papa Louie flash games of old, but it has it's own identity. The music is as good as ever, and the art is charming. Some of the dialogue is a tad clunky, or out of place, but those are just nit-picks on my end.

The gameplay of 'Feasts & Friends' is quite messy, but the story and the characters shine through. (Full review published on Impulse Gamer.)

The game has a great mood. Sound and visuals fit well together. It makes you want to linger in the world and let you forget a bit about the muddy February weather and master the more joyful challenges this game provides. Great!
