You're not buying a good game you're buying a game shaped framework that can be filled by modding. Now what you can do with that is quite cool and more than worth this price. Yet this is not what Bethesda is claiming to sell; as a standalone game this software is utterly dismal and should not be sold given its state

Getting it on sale is a must, especially if you've bought the game two times already. Mods are a must, you can't trust bethesda to do the most simple stuff, but man when you get this thing working its on a whole other level.
