Crashed (typical Oblivion jank) and DELETED MY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SAVE!! Even the original never did this.
A lot of people are complaining about performance but it seems fine to me I tweaked my settings a little and I averaged about 100 fps I’m not sure if they fixed it or not but it seems good to me so far
Skyrim beta runs great
This was very disappointing to me because Oblivion was one of my favorite games of all time. With great remorse I had to refund this purchase. The performance was actually fine for me, but there would occasionally be very low pixel count trees and bushes randomly in the landscape. They should not call this a "remaster" but only a "reskinning" or something because all they did was give it better graphics. Literally that's it, the gameplay mechanics and bugs and everything are the same as the original. What did it for me was when I got stuck on the main questline and was unable to proceed further in the game, and this was very early on. It was stuck on an infinite loading screen when exiting an area. As other reviewers mention, it is actually more buggy than the original. I would advise getting the original and modding it over this hot mess.
I cannot recommend it in its horribly optimized state thats been left entirely abandoned. I have to use dlss(quality) and framegen in order to get over 100fps on max settings 1440p, the poster child for unacceptable unpolished bloated ue5 game. Forced raytrace doesnt help its performance either. That aside, its a good game and it has its charm and i prefer it over the original. Its really only the abhorrent performance that leaves it with a negative review from me, Sad to see its been abandoned as well as there are some large bugs that could do with addressing. Could easily be so much more than it is now and a very easy recommend if it was polished up a bit.
一股老登味
In about 30 years, I've never played a game that lags and crashes AS OFTEN as this one! There are mods you can install to make it run a little more smoothly, but they don't help much. I've already tried quite a few. It's actually an absolute disgrace on Bethesda's part. If I could, I'd demand a refund.
Игра не оптимизирована, будьте аккуратны, если захотите поиграть, нужно потратить время для оптимизации игры и русификации. Полный шлак
looks amazing but need mroe polish. Lot of weird screen tear and artifacting. They rely on using upscaling (FSR/DLSS) to make the game somewhat work.
This is a HD remaster of **Oblivion** using the original source code. Of course it would be a buggy, laggy mess. You all should of expected this.
