About

In The Dark Horde, time is your most valuable resource. Every action you take costs Time Units (TUs), forcing you to think ahead.
Once you've spent your TUs, you must wait for your turn to resume. You can only play cards or abilities when Time is paused, so think strategically!

Summon powerful minions and cast devastating spells from your dark spellbook. Experiment with synergies between your cards to unleash devastating combos.
Whether commanding demons or invoking Death itself, build an army to overwhelm your enemies and dominate the battlefield.

The objective is clear: either plunder the enemy Village or survive for 3 days against waves of angry Villagers. Every round starts with 180 Time Units.
Spend them wisely to play cards or actions, then wait for your next turn. Seize gold, harvest souls, and destroy the enemy settlement!

With every victory, earn loot to enhance your deck. Upgrade cards, abilities, and unlock new, powerful skills to strengthen your strategy.
The choices you make will shape your path—plan carefully, upgrade strategically, and prepare for increasingly challenging encounters.

Great deck builder / tower defence game with retro graphics Different decks have very different strategies, and mixing them will be challenging but fun
If you have ever played the OG flash game stick tower defense, this is like that but way better. -Defend your tower against a village that spawns enemies using a deck of minions and spells. -Multiple factions for variety and strategy. -After every round upgrade your tower, deck, and cards for more depth. -uses a turn based system for actions. -lots of replay value. Game is worth more than i paid.
this is remarkably fun, and only gets better the more i understand and play it; developer very clearly cares about what they're creating
Fun cardgame if you can look past the AI art and very budget presentation.
A fun little game. A deckbuilder combined with one of those games where you and your enemy spawn minions from a tower that advance on each other.
This game is an insane value for the price.
Крайне прикольная игруха с кучей интересных механик. При этом легко играется уставшим после работы. Не смотрите на вырвиглазную графику - игра прекрасна.
Gday CardLovers, The Dark Horde is a fantastic deckbuilder that utilises time to play out cards rather than the mana or energy as in a turn based concept. This unique gameplay combined with collecting gold and souls and the familiar open packs to obtain rare cards and upgrade your deck just works. The game is in pre release BETA so I will review it fully on release but at the absurd price and the fact that the devs are releasing new content and upgrades constantly it is a no brainer purchase. Hours of fun for 10$
Great Game, very entertaining with several deck-building strategies that I find amusing and challenging at the same time. It is a fun twist on roguelites and deck-building games, with time as your main resource to play cards and strategize how to defeat the enemy village. There are a lot of unexpected combos that make the game rewarding even after a lot of replays. I really like the small storytelling you can find within each run, you are indeed the bad guy but you feel like the villagers definitely deserve the rage! Even if the game is still in early access, I have a great experience with my Steam Deck and no bug/lag whatsoever. The solo developer is very active on Discord and there are plenty of updates coming, so I am very happy with my purchase.
+Fun turn based deck builder +Lots of synergies +Impactful upgrades +Challenging +Very high replayability -Can feel RNG dependent at times -Took me 20 hours to find out what a BigWig is :P
