short and nice story, a lot of look-and-find scenes and the one or the other challenging puzzle. some funny characters and nice, beautiful drawn locations. i completed it in about 6 hrs. required some modification (compatiblity mode set to windows 7) on windows 10 to play.
Eh. It's ok. It's a steampunk themed HOG. Followup to the Clockwork Man. Story is ok, puzzles are ok. The zooming scene thing is an odd mechanic. Get it on sale.
clicking on some of the hidden objects was hard at some points, but i would recommed playing both games!!!
Interesting hidden-object game. Somewhat different mechanics and, original puzzles. Story is ok. Graphics also. Excess of cinematics, IMHO.
I am unable to get past the picture puzzle, everytime I start over there is always one piece missing and cannot go forward, have tried numerous times.
Very so-and-so - not super bad but not good enough to recommend. This game tries to break a few conventions... sometimes well executed... sometimes not so much :| - Ambiguous objects in HO scenes - Weird storyline - Solutions to puzzles 30 pages back in the journal - scrollable and zoomable scenes are bad HO scenes... it is super annoying when you cannot be sure if the objects are visible (please avoid this, devs!) - some bad non-standard mini games with bad explanations + some nice non-standard mini games + artstyle is neat + loved the "animation" style + many HO scences + a few non-linear regions + sprocket <3
