Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Hi everyone. As a gamer who has been playing games for around 25 years, from the Atari and PS1 era all the way to today, I honestly have to say that this game completely blew me away. I played it during the first few months after release through a subscription service, on my 2022 ROG laptop, at high settings in Full HD. And honestly, I was shocked, excited, and genuinely surprised by the insane level of detail throughout the game. 🤯 During my entire playthrough, I encountered only one real bug: a cinematic scene suddenly skipped itself. I also experienced some occasional frame drops, but simply going back to the main menu and continuing the game fixed them. What’s even more impressive is that I was playing on hardware that was actually below the developer’s recommended specs for those settings, yet with a few tweaks I was able to finish the entire game comfortably at high quality. After the later updates and newer drivers, the game also became a great experience on a 4K TV and an ultrawide monitor. I even followed the development of the game and the work done by the team, especially the CG Art artists, and I have to say: from a technical and artistic perspective, this game is incredibly polished. I actually finished it three times. And honestly, that was partly because I kept seeing people compare it to Dead Space and criticize it for being “too repetitive,” “not like this,” “not like that,” etc. But for someone like me, who never really liked the Dead Space Remake and didn't even play it when it came out, this game was genuinely a fantastic experience. One of my personal gaming dreams is to run this game in native 8K. A few YouTubers have already done it, and when you see the results, it becomes very obvious just how far ahead this game was visually. It honestly looks like a game that came several years ahead of its time, even compared to many modern releases. And here’s the crazy part: it was made with Unreal Engine 4.6! It’s honestly a shame that we're apparently not going to get a bigger or more advanced version of this game. But who knows? Maybe someday things will change. I also watched the full interview with the development team, which was over two hours long. They talked about some really interesting things, including how COVID absolutely devastated their development process. On top of that, the company asked them to port the game to PS5, which created a whole new set of challenges. A new console, new problems, COVID, and everything happening at the same time basically made an already difficult project even harder. Anyway, if you actually made it this far, thank you so much for reading. ❤️ I just wanted to share my experience as someone who has been gaming for 25 years and genuinely appreciates what this team accomplished.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 27: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I enjoy linear story games as I just simply want to enjoy a decent story, amazing graphics, and an overall solid experience. The combat has much to be desired but overall I really do enjoy this game for what it is.
I read the reviews when this first came out and they convinced me to hold off. I bought the game on sale, and wasn't expecting much at all. I was wrong to believe most of you. This game is fantastic. Sure, it is very close to Dead Space, but that isn't a bad thing. Dead Space did a lot better, but if you just hold this game to its own merits, this is a great game. The fighting system is fun, and you have to master it if you hope to beat Hardcore. Enemies are tanky and you can quickly get overwhelmed, but usually in those scenarios if you look around, you can thin the swarm by using the toss glove into environmental traps, which feels great when you are stuck on a spot then look around to what you can use. The acting in the game is great. Even though they tried to uglify Karen Fukuhara, she's just so beautiful irl that she still looks great in game. I'll admit I was ready for the game to end by the time it wrapped up. It could have ended a bit earlier, but this is a very very good game.
As a Dead Space fan, I started The Callisto Protocol thinking, “Oh, a knockoff.” But honestly? It’s not even that bad of a Temu knockoff. The atmosphere is there, the monsters are there, the claustrophobic corridors are there, and instead of strategically dismembering enemies, you mostly just beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of mutants with a pipe. It’s not Dead Space, but as its budget cousin, it gets the job done. The game still has some pretty annoying technical issues even three years after release, especially stuttering and the lack of DLSS. Thankfully, these can be fixed relatively quickly. I'd buy it again, but only on fairly discount.
Flawed, but the overall experience is enjoyable. There's a nice weight to combat even if combat is repetitive and shallow.
Gráficamente es increíble y la historia en la cárcel prometía bastante, pero el combate es una basura. Solo tienes que esquivar hacia los lados de forma automática y listo; ese es todo el gameplay. Duré 111 minutos y lo borré.
I really liked this.

♥♥♥♥ this game buggy af and optimization like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, dont buy this go play dead space remake (play original if you cant afford)
