Beautiful, good story and funny game dynamics.

Finally went in and gave this game a go. Storytelling and pacing were pretty solid - I liked the whole premise of being a slumlord lackie and building my way up. Music was pretty good and helped amplify some of the boss fights but some sounds (the lock-on turret) would be spammed constantly. Overall i'd rate the game a 7.5/10 things I liked: Cyberpunk theme top down shooter element storyline Things I disliked: Limited Character customisation The haircuts Character doesn't have dialogue

Fun ARPG in a beautiful yet grim setting. The story and voice acting is better than expected for this type of game. Combat is fun and different weapon types and augmentations (abilities) give good variation. Combat does get a bit repetitive near the end, there is a bit too much running around and the fast travel system does not work as well as it could, and the game crashed 4-5 times while I played it. I also had to setup a FPS limit for the game in the Nvidia control panel because it otherwise insisted on running my graphics card on full power. Still, it doesn't take away that I had fun. Beautiful game with deep world building. Highly recommend if you are into the cyberpunk genre. I am not a normal top down/3rd person player much these days but the mechanics of the game are well fleshed out and flow nicely. For the perspective and angles, this is among the most detailed and aesthetically gorgeous games I've ever played. I really hope we get a sequel soon.

This game is a combination of goods and bads. The Goods : For an isometric game, this game is beautiful. If you're able to turn ray-tracing on, you a will be astonished by how pretty this game looks. Additionally, the game play mechanics play well and the character weapons and armor system is simple. The Bads: The in-game map is god awful and very difficult to read. The story is incredibly hard to follow. I don't know if I just wasn't grasping the narrative, but it just seemed overly complicated and confusing. This is the only game I've ever downloaded from Steam that crashed over and over. To make sure it wasn't just my hardware, I played this game on my Laptop and ROG XBOX ALLY X. This game crashed on all three devices that I play with. If you're looking for a beautiful isometric with solid gameplay mechanics, then this is a good to keep an eye on. Just be patient if the game crashes, ignore the in-game map for the most part, and don't worry about missing out on the DLC as it's now really worth the price.

Positives: The setting is very immersive, really gives off a cyberpunk vibe. The dialog is humorous, as well as some of the side-quests being relatively easy. For a small dev-team it's impressive how good the game looks. Not bad for a single-player experience. Negatives: Multiplayer is absolutely broken. Couch co-op was relatively smooth, but Steam Play Together was lagging and buggy. Internet speed is of no issue. We thought purchasing the game for the other account would fix it, but it's almost impossible to load in (getting stuck in first-person camera and can't move) or the lag would be so bad when I do load in that enemies would be T-posing and my character would have no equipment. Even uninstalling and re-installing the game did not fix it. Buying this game for multiplayer-purposes is not recomended.
