Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Not only does it have to deal with a terrifying beast's tribe, which the Princess Heuria's magic barrier has continually repelled for years, but the discovery of what is believed to be a door to travel through time in a nearby ruin seems to have weakened the Princess Heuria's magical power. It has also affected her health, and her father, King Hichard, has decided to summon the great adventurer Elliot to investigate matters. The fate of the Kingdom and its Princess is solely in the hands of this adventurer in The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales is a 2.5D JRPG, action-adventure game developed and self-published by Square Enix on the 19th of June 2026 on the Steam platform. The game is Steam Deck verified and is also available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. The world Elliot will travel, called Philabielda, has four different eras, each about 250 years apart. The world itself will look basically the same, apart from the town and village in the early eras. As the story evolves, Elliot will converse with other characters, activate side quests, and purchase ammunition, health, strength, and protective potions. It will all begin in the Age of Safekeeping, the era in which our adventurer was born. At the start, Elliot will only have a sword and a shield. As you progress through the story and complete specific quests, Elliot will acquire six other weapons that you can swap at any time through a very quick and easy interface, which I really liked, by the way. To give you an example, there are caves and a few paths and dungeons that you won't be able to go through because rocks block them until you acquire the boom weapon. My favourite weapons are the sword and the boomerang, but I can quickly switch one for the boom, use it, swap it back before it explodes, and off I go - nice and easy. I must admit that I was a bit concerned at the start of the game about how to travel back and forth across the eras, because you need to go through the Philabielda landscape to reach each doorway of time, located in a different spot in each era. I was put at ease very quickly, because as you explore the world, every so often you'll reach a small obelix with a circular crystal on top. This will save your progress automatically and will also become a travel point which you can use to go from one age to another without going through the doorway of time. The combat system is really simple, but really good. As I mentioned, Elliot will have access to several weapons, each with its own characteristics to suit different types of gameplay. The sword is my favourite melee weapon, as I like to fight nice and close to enemies. The boomerang is particularly good to strike multiple enemies while avoiding attacks from foes, as the boomerang comes back to you and hits them for the second time. The spear will give Elliot more reach, but it is slower than the sword. The chain and sickle can hit multiple enemies, but you have to move them, making it slightly more difficult to avoid incoming attacks. There are three different types of attack, which depend on how long you hold the key on your keyboard or button on your gamepad. As for the defence, it's all about parrying and moving around to avoid projectiles; it's fun and works a treat. In terms of enemies, there aren't many variations across the different ages. Yes, you'll have a few new ones in each age, but that's about it. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention that you can also attach additional perks to your weapons by using the magicite, which are white crystals that can be found both in chests around the eras or after killing elite enemies or bosses. The boss fights will take place in dungeons, which are marked as castles on the Philabielda maps, and let me tell you, they are fun and quite tricky, too. As usual, I always play each game as it was intended to be played, which in the majority of the cases is on the normal level of difficulty. I am pleased to report that I have died more than once, although mostly in a boss fight. So, yes, the level of difficulty is quite adequate for this game. At one point toward the start of the game, Elliot will acquire a companion - a fairy named Faie. She is very talkative and has a high-pitched voice that some may find annoying. Being a big boy, I was not bothered by her squeaky voice – all you have to do is switch off the old hearing aid, and you beauty! (There are benefits to getting older, after all!) Faie will be a big factor in the adventure, bringing abilities for Elliot, and will mainly be useful for figuring out light puzzles to reach chests in caves, dungeons and temples. There are several temples in each era; some give Elliot an extra shard of life, and the others increase each of Faie's abilities when completed. I reached one of the endings after 20 to 25 hours, and I had only cleared everything in the first era, explored 75% in the second, and still had at least 50% on both the last two eras to do. I missed a couple of quests by deciding to take on the Beast boss. Anyway, at the time of writing this review, Elliot and the muffled fairy are attempting to reach the last two Myu mages to secure another ending. In terms of collectibles, there are cats to find, and you'll be rewarded by giving them back to the cat lover, who is located in the town. The pixel graphics are excellent, as is the voice acting. The soundtrack is soft and pleasant, complementing the game perfectly. Positives: ~~~~~~~ + Splendid pixel graphics and animations + Great story with multiple endings + Simple but satisfying combat system + It takes around 20 hours+ to reach one ending + Entertaining boss fights, although I wished we had more of them + Achievements and trading cards Negatives: ~~~~~~~~ - Needed more enemy variations throughout the eras - The world doesn't change much, apart from the main town in each era Great story, and the combat system is simple and works beautifully. I enjoyed my time with The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. 8/10 Note: Key provided directly by the developer/publisher for review purposes. Any opinions expressed are entirely my own!

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 5: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

THE GOOD: Music, Voice Acting, Weapon & Magic Variety, and Exploration. THE BAD: Uneven Difficulty Options (Too Easy on Hard, Too Hard on Very Hard), Lack of Enemy Variety, Simplistic Writing, and Constant Companion Chatter. THE BOTTOM LINE: The Adventures of Elliot is a refreshingly earnest and straightforward action role playing game. The game wears its heart on its sleeve proudly, mostly for the better, as it truly embraces the archetypes of a children's fairy tale. The forthright hero, the cackling villains, the chaste princess, and so on. In some ways, the game finds perfection, such as its music, where nearly every track is memorable and adds a rich layer to the story and its telling. The same can be said for the voice acting, which is top notch in both English and Japanese. Everyone performs competently with the material given, despite the lack of depth and the very unfortunate incessant chatter of your companion characters. Even on the "Reticent" setting, they chime in with the same lines far too often. Combat is equally approachable, offering a satisfying mix of melee attacks, ranged options, and an ever expanding collection of fairy powers that enhance your abilities without replacing them outright. Unfortunately, the lack of enemy variety means there is rarely any reason to experiment, and outside of the highest difficulty the generous supply of healing and resurrection items allows players to brute force nearly every encounter, engaging with the intended mechanics only when absolutely necessary. For all of the game's flaws, however, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshingly earnest 30 to 40 hour ARPG adventure that feels like the games from your childhood brought to life with an amazing soundtrack and a story that, while simple, is told well from start to finish.
体験版の範囲だとアクションの選択肢が少ないので印象で損してるような気がしました。ジャストガードや魔法の選択肢が増えて魔石も集まってくる中盤以降はかなり楽しめました。
Really expensive OST!
FIrst off. I LOVED This game. I thought it was a masterpiece. The mechanics, weapons, QOL, upgrade systems. I thought they were fantastic and modern and worked with the 2.5HD retro feel, but gave the game tons of depth. I HATE that they reused enemies (theres like only 10-15 different enemies that they dont even reskin, they just reuse. I HATE that the 4 maps are the same. The only thing that changes is the town. Feels like such a missed opportunity. WIth all that being said, i put this game as a must play and 8/10. The true ending is totally worth it too.
It's okay. The character dialogue seems like it was written for 8 year olds, the story's very basic, and there's very few enemies in the game. Most of the enemy encounters are re-skins. It's mostly entertaining but I think due to the lack of the game really evolving over time, it's also a little too long. Buy the game if you're specifically looking for this type of action adventure and can live with the basic dialogue. The demo does a good job of showing you whether you'll enjoy the game or not plus you can carry your game save over to the final product if you decide to buy.

THumbs up
Updated Review. 60 is too much for the game, 40 would have been a great price. Anyone complaining about "it being so easy", probably played it on easy. The game is clearly not designed to scratch the itch for hardcore players, but you can limit yourself by playing it on harder difficulties. If you just want to play the story and not in the mood for too much hassle with bosses, play it on Easy. You want more of a challenge, play it on Very Hard. If you play it on Hard you just fool yourself, the difference is not really there. Very Hard is very doable for gamers, it is not really that much harder, you just lose the revive mechanic and your health bar is pretty much 30% of what Easy mode is. I think people are a bit too harsh with their reviews, because it is a game that costs 60, and I get that. But the game overal is great and I think that if you like the 2D Zelda games from way back, you will enjoy this. If you for some reason think Faie is annoying (I think you are wrong), you can turn her down a notch in the setting menu, so you can listen to the sound of a grunting man instead. Story is fine, it has a fun use of time travel. It is not the greatest story, but it tells a more unique story than usually. Go into the story as a Young Adult novel and you will enjoy it very much. Overal I think the game is fine, again not worth 60. I wouldn't mind if it was 50, but I think 40 is more realistic. That said, wait for a decent discount for about 30-40 and you will enjoy it a plenty.
