Not even a release. Multi Million dollar cooperations ♥♥♥♥ up the releases constantly and people expect one guy to do it flawlessly. Cant make this ♥♥♥♥ up

very much willing to change my review if someone can explain. NEW PLAYER here, and when I say "new"; i literally knew nothing about this game up until day of launch. ANYWAYS I bought the game thinking i could re-live a maplestory 3d kind of experience or just any classic mmmo, BAD IDEA ON MY PART. i finished making my character and then BOOM .... just spawns me in town, no quest, no dialogue, no arrows on where to go. SO WITH THAT SAID, am i missing the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ point of this game? am i retarded?

服務器差都忍了，結果玩10個小時就被封號了，提示是機器人操作。。我機器尼瑪了。

The community in this game's official Discord is extremely toxic. I complained about why the server keeps restarting so often, especially when I was about to kill a boss multiple times. The game only gave a 10-second warning, and after that, some members of the community started attacking me instead of discussing the actual issue. What surprised me even more is that the admins chose to ban me, the person who was being targeted, while the people who were being toxic continued replying to other players with the same rude attitude. This clearly shows a lack of fairness and equal treatment. Honestly, the real problem should be the game itself. The developers released a game with so many issues: server crashes, freezing, bosses disappearing, and many other problems. I still continued playing despite all of that, but after experiencing this kind of treatment from the community, I think I would rather bring my friends to play a game with a better community. For anyone thinking about buying this game, you can try it, but I have to warn you: if the game runs smoothly one day, consider that an unusual event.

There was an issue with servers when the game first started but that was resolved within an hour. There have been a few glitches but i submitted a ticket and they responded within mins. For a small developer team this game is AMAZING and the support is so good. Please give this game a chance!

Massive Chinese player bases have purchased and supported SpiritVale, but we receive unequal treatment: double-standard multiplayer permission rules, special restrictive limits only for Chinese users, and the dev team consistently ignores all legitimate feedback from Chinese communities. The creators hold obvious hostility toward Chinese players and judge users solely based on nationality. Frame drops, glitches and unbalanced skills are fixable flaws of an early-access game, but national discrimination is an uncrossable red line. Every paying customer deserves fair treatment without nationality-based bias. I will not recommend this game to anyone until the studio issues an official public apology, cancels all discriminatory restrictions, and treats all Chinese players equally alongside global users.
