First off, I paid about £16 for the game while on sale, the default is £19.99. The game is NOT worth anywhere near that price. Reasons why: 1) The game menu system is janky and not straight forward at all. There is no way to increase the text size, (the menu size is fine but all other gameplay text is so small), it appears VERY small on my 3840x2160 monitor, and when trying to see if it would be bigger I changed it to 1080p and it made all the menu a bit blurry. 2) For some reason there is random bits of stutter in the game, mainly when taking a job but also when walking toward the spawned car. This should not be happening on such a low graphic game. 3) The way the car moves is slightly janky, so when reversing to get it centred to drive into the garage it does not turn like a real car would, it slightly drifts making it hard to position, it also did this going forward a few times. 4) NOT an easy game on the mechanical aspect. It does not tell you what part is what until AFTER you take it off of the car/engine. So for anyone like me who does not have full knowledge of car part names it is difficult to know which engine part to be taking off to get to the right part, there is no setting that I could find to turn on a way to see any part name while still attached to the car. To me it feels like the game is only made for people with experience on mechanics and no option for those of us who do not have experience or knowledge. 5) Another issue I had is when pouring coolant into the replaced radiator it kept telling me it had no fluid when trying to complete the job at the phone, I used a whole bottle of coolant and it still would not let me complete the job. So no idea what was happening there but thats when I gave up and quit the game as it gave me no more information than that. Now the good about this game: 1) The idea is good and fun 2) The way you pick up tools and parts is simple and I like it 3) The way the car controls (key binds & turning the key) are is good, similar to Mon Bazou. Conclusion - Its not worth the price, in my opinion its worth up to £10 MAXIMUM. It feels very unfinished and looks very low graphics. It felt like playing a demo but its a full released game. I am going to refund because of how much it cost (yes even on sale). If you are curious and have the money, buy the game, give it about an hour (dont go over 2 hours) and if it feels to unfinished and to bad to you as well just refund like I have.

game is too neglected, even the menu is trash, the car repair was kinda fun, if you played my summer car, youll know what to do but after many many crashes it is unplayable like bruh i search a part in shop and you just pray its just the looooong loading time and not another game crash dev needs to be slapped to wake up definitely not worth 19.90eur lol, max 2 in this state
I reallly wanted this game to be awesome. Really. Like Car Mechanic and My Summer car combined. Just fell short for me dawg
Build engine, forget coolant, blow head gasket, repair, slam a tree, total car, repeat. I really enjoy this game and love its idea, I'm glad the Dev is still updating it and adding to it, I hope to see it grow. What little I have experienced of the multiplayer was fun.
Its a janky mess and to difficult taking the parts apart. Since you cant reach you end up jumping up on the engine and then you get stuck. The driving mechanic is really bad. I want to like the game because it has a cool setting and the junkyard with old stuff is great.
I do recommend this game. But patience for the jankiness is required. Takes a bit to get used to but can be worth it in the long run if you can hold out. I could not. I'm not done with it forever, but right now we need to go separate ways. I played a 3 hour session today and here's what occurred. - I bought a vehicle for roughly $5500. - I sanded out the rusty spots and did a general exterior cleanup, now worth roughly $8900. - Then spent 2.5hrs replacing everything rusty, crusty or musty & gave it a full fresh paint. Somehow now it's only worth $5425.
This game has great potential, but I'm going to have to go with "Not Recommended" as it simply put needs a ton of optimization and more effort put into it by its developer. With how many copies have sold, you'd think the developers would put more time and effort into it, this game has potential to compete with some of the Triple A Studios out there if they'd just work on it harder. I've got over 200 hours put into playing this game, around 50 or so hours of time without modifications to the files of the game. The base game without modifications was quite laggy in areas such as the junk yard, or your own garages if you had too many vehicles out... Not to mention bugs where the game straight up deletes your vehicle if it falls through the map, which happens more often than it should if you're parking on the grass in many areas of the map. ALWAYS park your vehicles on asphalt parking lots, or build a concrete pad to store vehicles on if you like your vehicles. Message to the Developer, if you even read these... Please make a menu where every vehicle you currently own is listed and can be "managed" through it. This could really help players such as myself that have lost vehicles to bugs whereas they've fallen through the map while parked on grass, or simply just got catapulted across the map by bugs in the physics engine. I've lost countless hours of progress (and in-game cash) due to vehicles being "deleted" with no refund after they've fallen through the map. Guess I'll just have to start saving my game every five-ten minutes to avoid losing progress until this (wishful thinking) becomes a thing!
i have to change my review this game just crash all the time its unplayable i do like the game but it really needs fixing

honestly i really loved this game. it was a true gem for me. but recently i noticed my wheel has stopped working like its suppose to and it just kind of ruined the experience. its still impressive for a single dev but until the wheel issues get fixed i cant recommend it. edit after creators comment. also apparently the devs reaction to criticism is to blame the consumer. ignoring the fact that after the last update people have complained about having issues with brakes and other bugs. but instead of acknowledging that they just dismiss it and give the "git gud" argument. 2nd edit - apparently dev thinks you need to be good at a simple concept game. no this game isnt hard unless your the dev apparently. at least this game has a very strong modding community. Cause at this point the dev cant get their head out of their own *** long enough to actually do anything without breaking something else.
