The soundtrack is one of the most masterful pieces of music I've ever listened to. The controls are like they were given to me by the gods of gaming. I absolutely love the concept of the game. The story is highly character driven and provides amazing plots to the true origin of Capitano Navarro. I highly recommend this game to anyone.
"The Adventures of Capitano Navarro" is a very badly made 3D rendered low poly top down brawler/platformer. There's some kind of goblin/fantasy theme, but just like the game itself, it's too much effort trying to bother working out what's going on, and just not worth it because the delivery is so poor here. Gameplay consists of incredibly badly done flailing around with the bad camera controls, clicking at what you think might be the direction of the goblins attacking you... there's no real feedback or effective, sensible hit detection, so the only way to know if you hit is if the enemy just disappears... this really is trash. Buggy, too, when I first started the game I died immediately... wtf? Amateur developers must learn about the concept of "software testing" before dumping their $100 to put garbage like this on Steam. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The artwork here is terrible, it's a hodge-podge of amateurish "My First Wacom Tablet" style drawings used instead professional looking game assets. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget to arrange someone who can create graphical assets properly, or lack of talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low, enough on its own to deter gamers. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. While this is on PC, it has all the hallmarks and deficiencies of a console game, from the clunkier than needed control scheme to the less than cutting edge graphics. There's 10's of thousands of PC games on Steam, and PC gamers deserve only the best. This might not appeal to many gamers due to the lack of PC-centric design. It's unclear why this game was never accepted on the video game console appliances it seems to have been designed for. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. "The Adventures of Capitano Navarro" didn't appeal much to the people who own a copy of the game, either. It has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game didn't really capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for THIEF_OF_DRUNKS, trivial to get, but less than 39 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. Hardly a success story, gamers just weren't all that interested in the game. The poor quality of this game is also reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from (over 9,000 completely free titles), the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. They're both in Russian, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. "The Adventures of Capitano Navarro" has the ridiculous price of $10 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Yeah, the developer thinks this crap is better than Batman: Arkham Asylum or Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. What a joke. This is also competing with over 9,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.

класная игра
Holy Moly this is one of the worst games I've ever played. And I played a whole five minutes of it. The sound was bad, the writing was "?????". No, that wasn't censoring, I mean actual question marks. Because I have no idea what that was. I couldn't tell if I was hitting the goblins or not or if they were hitting me, they spazzed around the screen with no rhyme or reason and you could tell no thought was put into the animation at all. Control was clunky and I'm still not sure what the objective was. If this was a free, student project I'd say sure, I'll give it a try and give you some feed back. Just. What. I've wasted enough time on this review. I'm sorry I even own this thing.
This game was the worst, thing i have ever seen in my life. I feel bad for the people who payed the full ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amount for the game.
Breathtaking storyline <3
