About
Stack pieces. Clear lines. Slay monsters.
Tetrogue blends the satisfying rhythm of falling-block puzzles with the strategic depth of a roguelike. Every piece you place is a weapon — clear lines to deal damage, chain combos for devastating strikes, and watch enemies crumble as your relic build comes together.
Navigate a branching map through three stages of increasingly dangerous dungeons. Choose your path wisely: take on elite enemies for greater relics, trigger events that shift the run in unexpected directions, or conserve strength for the boss that waits at the end of each stage.
10 unique enemy types — Every slime has its own special ability: board manipulation, status effects, and surprises that force you to adapt mid-battle.
3 stages with unique bosses — Each dungeon culminates in a boss encounter that tests your relic build to its absolute limits.
50+ relics — Stack relic synergies, chain powerful effects, and forge a build that feels entirely your own across every run.
Gem fusion system — Collect and fuse gems to unlock potent combat bonuses that integrate directly into your piece-placing strategy.
Events and encounters — Narrative events and challenge encounters dot the map. Some offer powerful relics, some demand a sacrifice — choose carefully.
Metaprogression — Permanent upgrades carry between runs, steadily unlocking new relics, bonuses, and possibilities for future attempts.
Infinitely scaling difficulty — Mastered the gauntlet? Push further. The challenge never stops escalating for those brave enough to keep going.
Challenge Runs — 9 optional run-long modifiers let you twist the rules for an extra challenge or a completely different way to play.
Achievements & Tetrédex — Chase 36 achievements and fill out the Tetrédex, a growing bestiary of every enemy you've encountered.
Built for everyone — Full controller support, colorblind-friendly accessibility palettes, and translations in English, German, French, Spanish, and Turkish.

I don't even know where to start with this. A solo developer made a Tetris roguelike game that actually looks and feels great for less than €2. That's honestly insane. I almost feel guilty paying so little for it. It scratches an itch i've had for a long time. I've always wondered what a game like this would be like. I would describe it as a mix between Slay the Spire, a bit of Balatro, and of course, Tetris. it takes elements from all of those games and blends them together in a way that just works.
Truly a gem of a game that I already know I'll be sinking countless hours into. If you like Tetris and games like Slay the Spire, this is an instant buy with zero regrets. I bought it on early sale but would gladly pay twice what this creator is asking once I've tried it.
Highly addictive, brilliantly fun. Can't recommend enough!
Fun and simple with the addictiveness of normal Tetris The only real con I'd mention is the sound design is... not good and detracts from the experience For under $2 it's a no brainer though
Very fun tetris-like game. It's neatly designed, game feel is good, the presentation is nice and you get way more than your money's worth with the asking price. The game uses a mix of modern and classic tetris rules, there's no bag system but you do have ghosts, t-spins are somewhat possible etc. Mechanically I would say the game is deep enough. Gems add a strategic depth by allowing different builds, though they're not created equal. Some gems are just insanely more powerful than the others. To give an example, gravity gems allow for crazy combos. Equip and upgrade them on your 1 and 2 liners, and equip some damage amplifying gems on your 3 and 4 liners, and just one line clear cascades into a complete wipe of the enemies. The enemies have a good variety, some or fun to fight against while some are a little bit frustrating but I wouldn't call any of them unfair either. I won my first run in about 2 hours, and I'll soon try the hard mode too, but what's here is good enough to keep you entertained for hours and hours.
I can't stop playing. I bought it thinking I'd play a simple tetris game for a few hours and then delete it. That didn't happen
fun game but... why does hard drop not lock the piece why after pressing space i can still move the piece pls add a setting to disable also softdrop is very scuffed, i have to like tap it down instead of holding
Very fun, i love the combo buuuut i woud gladly pay way more for the game if the folowing list of things is done, until then i dont see myself playing way more of it: More relics, in my veray first run i allready had all Better balancing,, i was able to win on my very first run whithout really using gems, make enymys stronger and gems more balanced and interesting, for example maybe make thew shop more expensive but let the gems abilitys work for when u collect gold after a fight Fix the sound design had to mute thew game ebcouse teh soundeffects just sound very uncompelling tbh some enemy abilitys are not hard and dont make the teris harder, they are jhust annoying liek for example the board flip, but for example the not showing ghosts ability and stuff liekt hat is very interesting and fun Also fopr the love of good pls give me the ability to change screen resulution or just play it windowed or in borderless window mode, i own an 49inch ultrawide and i just hate playing games liek these fullscreen whit the black bars
Like tetris and every rogue like game, this game is very addictive. There are variable slimes who attack you and forcing you to strategise quickly. Slimes are cute tho. I feel bad for hurting them. I really liked the idea of different puzzles and events in the game beside the main game
Easy recommend at this price point - solid design, no bugs encountered, great metaprogression and artifacts, etc... great value and entertainment at such a low price.
