Pros:

Price
Easy achievements
Fun
Nice music
New stages are being added
Cons:

Music stops if you are on the same stage for a while
Achievements only unlock once you exit the game
Mouse glitch at the end of some levels (but can be easily fixed)
Conclusion: I'm an achievement collector and this is basically why I bought the game, but I don't think my money was wasted, as I played the game for about 3-4 hours which is good for the price, thus I recommend it
Hi! My name's Sasha Zenko. I'm from Belarus. I am making hardcore letsplay videos handsfree (using only my chin). I have a program that allows me to assign keyboard controls to mouse movements. I play your game. It's very good. I like it. Watch me playing your game without hands here: https://youtu.be/SbxfAGzOIM0
Decent Idea, Poor Execution, Worth The $1
FootRock is a game where you run past and jump over obstacles to reach the end of the level, and move on to the next. There's 150 levels, which take less than 45 seconds to finish, but some might take a couple tries, with some being surprisingly difficult. While the gameplay is all right and there being a good amount of bugs, some quite annoying, the low price tag and decent amount of content available just makes the game worth getting if you're interested in what you see.
Gameplay
The gameplay is very basic. Get to the end of the level without dying. To do this you can move left and right and jump while the game automatically has you sprinting forward towards the finish. There are a few obstacles you will come up against like people trying to tackle you, walls, pits of lava, and ducks that will chase you. There isn't a lot of variety in obstacles or level design so after the first 50 or so levels you will have seen everything the game has to offer. Some levels will be so easy you can beat it by walking in a straight line but then the next level could have a massive spike in difficulty. It very much feels like an endless runner mobile game such as subway surfers simply chopped into individual bite sized levels.
Bugs
The game clearly was rushed and had little quality assurance. There is no settings option so if you want to turn the music down you'll have to open up the systems task manager to do it which was quite annoying. Sometimes after you complete a level your cursor will spasm and be unusable. This happens A LOT! Luckily it is easily fixed by alt + tabbing out of the window and reopening it but it got quite annoying after doing it for the 10th time in 30 minutes. At seemingly random times your character will stop running and kind of freeze the animation and glide across the field instead. While this doesn't affect the gameplay at all, it's weird and slightly annoying. These just show the lack of polish of the game, but there wasn't anything too game breaking.
Conclusion
For $1, FootRock is all right as a decent distraction for an hour or two. The gameplay and level design is very basic and there's some random difficulty spikes and a large amount of bugs but because the price tag is so small, if you're interested in it at all and want something different for an afternoon, FootRock might be the game for you. Plain old terrible. Major issues as others have stated. Music randomly stops. ZERO options. Want to change keys? Nope. Want to lower the god awful music (when it's actually playing)? NOPE. And my favourite is the cursor randomly not working. Having to alt-tab to get my cursor back just to hit "continue" to move to the next level. Just terrible. ONLY redeeming quaility is if you want easy achievements. 1 per completed level. Even for $1, not worth it.
Creating the game was easy, the hard part was to create an audio loop
Its one of those cases where the original concept and the fact that they sell keys for this game where both you and the developer can profit from selling those cards, kept the wreck afloat. Not only does it not deliver on that idea, it simply does not work properly. With only directional keys and a jump button, a different rearrange of previous enemies, traps and the occasional pitfalls, The game remains most of the same, without giving much of a spectacle or variety. On top of that the menus are very minimal and badly designed. I see no options menu, it's either exit or play the game, and a shop button where i can by 3 skins in total. During gameplay, i can't proceed to the next level due to a weird glitch that enables me from using the mouse. And the music tracks are around 3 minutes long and do not loop around. Which, in this case its for the better, as it goes from loud and awful, to noticeable Royalty free music. The achievements pop after each level but for whatever reason stop halfway through the game Footrock 2 might be worth looking into, if it's more than a first person view of the same game,
I personally wouldn't recommend the game, it got boring quick. I think the game is not bad and could see people enjoying it, but it is not for me.
Its a very barebones experience you need some good dodging skills because level 63 is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HELL took a staggering 10 minutes to complete. That level has turrets which shoot at you but you have to run past them without getting shot but also gotta worry about these balls coming at you from behind so somehow just dodge those. This is basically your average runner pretty easy for the most part but some levels are hell. All you do is run and jump collect some gold coins for 2 outfits that it i would actually just avoid them since 0 achievements are linked to aquiring those coins.
