German: Das Spiel erscheint mir wie eine Katastrophe. Vermutlich bin ich einfach zu blöd für diese geniale Menüführung, bei der es schon zur Herausforderung wird, überhaupt das Spiel zu beenden. Und bei den Gameboy-Varianten suche ich den originalen Soundtrack vergeblich – soweit ich es sehe, gibt es diesen wohl nur in der modernen Variante in überarbeiteter Form. Also: Spielt es oder lasst es. Ich bin raus. English: This game appears to be a complete disaster to me. Maybe I am simply too stupid for this brilliant menu design, where just managing to actually exit the game already feels like a challenge. And when it comes to the Game Boy versions, I searched in vain for the original soundtrack — as far as I can tell, it only exists in the modern version in an updated form. So: Play it or leave it. I'm out.

This is more of an interactive documentary than a fully fledged game, but as long as you know that going into it, there's a lot to like here. For one, Henk Rogers carried a camcorder with him everywhere he went in the 80s and 90s, so it's not just interview footage, but his own video footage from visiting Moscow, CES, Japan. It's amazing that he filmed it all and it has been preserved. Also, this is the first time I've encountered the original Tetris from the Elektronika 60 in playable form, and it's cool as hell to see just how fully formed the game was in its first incarnation, even though it looks like a prototype. Yes, it's very disappointing that licensing prevented them from including the NES and Game Boy versions, and I'm also disappointed it doesn't include the Tetris versions made by Tengen and Sega. On the other hand, those already exist elsewhere, but from an archivist standpoint, having well-emulated versions of older versions from the 80s (MS-DOS, Apple II, etc.) for preservation purposes is definitely fun. If you just want to play Tetris, buy Tetris Effect. If you want a thorough oral history from the two most important people involved (the creator, Alexi, and the man responsible for getting it on Nintendo, Henk) with some lesser known versions, this is worth your time, although I can't recommend it at full price. Casual players will get 4-5 hours out of it, but if you really want to dig in, the achievements will keep you busy and there's a brand-new mode unique to this release (Tetris Time Warp) which cycles through the various releases.

全成就，但是纪录片才看到第一章，先搞个评测。 Pros: - 确实能在这款游戏中以相对方便的方式游玩到一些早期的经典方块，Tetris Time Warp 在官方授权作中也是比较新颖的机制。 - 能给不了解方块早期历史的玩家，一个比较生动的，直观的解释。 Cons: - 前面也说了，**一些** 经典方块，但是任天堂 NES 版本作为经典中的经典，没有出现在这个合集。抛开 TTC 有别的用意不谈，确实让游戏有点不那么值得。 - 互动式纪录片似乎过于拖沓，由很多两三分钟的小片段组成，播完就要自己选择下一集。如果有连续播放的功能，那就再好不过了。 - 定价太高，这也是 TTC 授权作的通病。我是半价打折入手的，但群友还是觉得有些小贵。 - Tetris Time Warp 手感神秘，似乎瞬降方块并不会直接锁定，而是还有一点操作空间。 总之对官方授权作没有太高期待的话，可以趁着半价或者更低的打折入手。7.4/10

Lo recomiendo porque me gusta mucho tetris, pero la verdad es que no ofrece mucho. está muy bien como conmemoración del aniversario, pero que te puedas sacar todos los logros en una hora deja mucho que desear

Un juego-documental fantástico, como toda la serie. Ojalá hagan muchos más, pienso jugarlos todos. Que sí, que no incluye el del Game Boy ni el de NES pero ese dislike digo yo que habrá que metérselo a los ratas de Nintendo, y no a esta buena gente. El modo este de Time Warp está guay además. No es el Tetris al que vas a estar jugando toda la vida, pero mola y está muy bien traído a lo que es el docujuego.
