This is a Great and Fun Game That Can Be Intense Like The Original Game Of Snek on The Old Phone Back in The Day and I Would Recommend Giving it a Try as it is Quite Puzzle Filled and Is a Brain Scratching Mystery Puzzle Game From -NotTheRealTenkoBerry
A charming, beautifully designed take on the classic snake game. Over 10 acts our hero solves puzzles to drive intruders out of the temple. The Good. The puzzles in this game start off basic, but build quickly to multi screen teasers. Puzzles come with staged hints that will allow most people to get through the entire game. The mechanics of the game are introduced gradually and intuitively. The environments are much prettier than was needed for a snake game. There are some bonus puzzles scattered throughout the game for completionists. There are also a commendable amount of accessibility support, including a step by step option for those who don't want to work against the clock. At the time of writing the developers are very active in the support, particularly the puzzle hints thread. The Less Good A few puzzles can be solved in a way that makes the following puzzle impossible. You can wind back a certain number of saves, but this wont always be enough. There are console cheats to help you unwind. Equally frustrating is that because the game only allows autosaves, you can end up being sent back quite a long way if you fail. There are a couple of bugs in how games are saved and reloaded which can be frustrating. Additionally, sometimes the camera angle makes it tough to see what is and is not possible. Overall A great puzzle game made by developers who clearly put a lot of love into it. Held back a little by bugs
fun
cute snek
.
Joguinho divertido, muito bom me fez lembrar muito os jogos da cobrinha de celular, o jogo é difícil e precisa pensar muito, pra mim isso é um ponto bom gosto de desafios.
Way better than i expected. The mix of classic snake and exploration creates a very interesting concept that works well as a puzzle game. Normally i'm not patient playing puzzle games, but this one i was patient, so much so that i was focussing on every part of what i can do through the areas in the game. Moving through the levels is a bit confusing, not because of the puzzle but mostly due to how the snek moves in every tile when turns, even in a few areas that have stuff that covers the screen, but one could get used to it after some minutes of gameplay, which that compensates it. Overall, Temple of Snek is very good.
Great indie game, challenging and fun adventure. Lots of content for what you pay for, and fun to make different snek skins. Hard to find walkthroughs online, a few twitch streamers have helpful videos if you get stuck and are feeling frustrated. We love the cute snek goddess and you'll be rooting for snek as you play through her story.
this is what you get if you took the classic snake, added ramps, traps and moving food. honestly its a simple concept. but some of the puzzles are confusing (as a puzzle should be). honestly a very enjoyable experience. if you wanted the OG snake to be 3d, then theres a classic mode you might want to check out. yes the game starts out slow, however you can change the speed in the options. one thing to keep in mind. on the floor you will see double arrows that light up when you go over them. these are checkpoints. and usually these guide you forward, but not always. it is possible to softlock yourself at a checkpoint. but just use the go back to checkpoint multiple times to cycle through previous checkpoints like an undo button. the controller works extremely well for this game, it only has a few of the buttons needed.
