About
Tea for Sana is a game about observing your surroundings and interpreting narrative clues to solve the mysteries of the mountain. You play as Vesna, a healer who is losing her memory. You'll need to remember your recipes, cook for people in distress, and explore old ruins to heal yourself and ascend to the role of a spirit healer.
Sana, an old friend, is hiding her eyes. To find out what's troubling her, you'll need to make her favourite tea. As you seek out the right recipe and ingredients, you'll unlock new ways to restore balance between the mountain spirits and the people who live among them.
In your hands, cooking has the power to heal and shed light on a person's internal landscape. You can trigger memories of your most potent recipes by exploring the environment.
The mountain is full of plants, flowers, and herbs you can use for cooking. If you look closely, you're sure to find some less conventional ingredients.
Cook a mix of traditional Slavic dishes, drinks from distant lands, and a few strange concoctions to heal the physical and spiritual ailments of the people you meet.
As a budding spirit healer, you have a unique insight into the mischievous beings who dwell in the mountain. Spirits feed on the thoughts of living beings to shape the physical world. You'll learn how to tame them and help people whose thoughts have transformed their reality.
Over time you'll unravel a story about healing, overcoming grief, and starting over in a new land. There is darkness on the path, but stay strong. Every bit of progress brings you closer to healing yourself and helping Sana find peace.

Tea for Sana is such a cozy, heartfelt little adventure. Exploring the mountain, finding ingredients, and piecing together lost recipes feels really calming and surprisingly emotional. The Slavic-inspired world is gorgeous, and the whole vibe is like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket. Helping Sana and the other villagers through cooking makes every discovery feel meaningful.
A short and sweet story, well worth both the price and the time.
A well-crafted narrative experience, you can feel the passion, vibe, and attention to detail everywhere. I've only dipped my toe in so far and already super impressed xd
A short but touching game about grief and moving forward from it. The gameplay isn't particularly novel (mostly fetch quests with some very rudimentary cooking mechanics). But Sana and the way she struggles and overcomes her emotions about her grandmother and takes the mantle of healer is a really sweet story, and the gameplay serves that story well. There were a few moments where I got briefly stuck; the game lacks any kind of hint system so you end up wandering aimlessly looking for any item that might help make forward progress. But since the game world isn't that big, it's usually pretty easy to find those items.
I am a huge sucker for cosy games and this one was a real treat for me. It looks both nostalgic and fresh at the same time, the music is mystical yet grounded, and the narrative is charming and beautifully paced. The gameplay is very simple and intuitive - which actually compliments the whole cosy and emotional vibe by not getting in the way of it. 10/10 - Will forever save stink bugs from cats <3
What an incredible game! I went into it expecting something small and charming, but it ended up touching me far more deeply than I anticipated. I also have a personal connection with the developer, which made the experience feel even more intimate and meaningful. Knowing the heart and dedication that went into its creation brought an extra layer of emotion to every moment—and the story genuinely brought me to tears multiple times. From the very first scene, the beautiful artwork pulled me in. Every environment felt lovingly crafted, with colors, textures, and tiny details that gave the world so much personality. The visual style wasn’t just pretty—it felt purposeful, like each frame was painted to support the emotional weight of the narrative. The soundtrack was equally powerful. The music seemed to know exactly when to lift, soften, or completely break my heart. It complemented the story so perfectly that certain melodies are still echoing in my mind, tied to the moments that moved me the most. Altogether, this is a wonderful little game, but “little” doesn’t begin to describe the size of its impact. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after the credits roll. I’m genuinely grateful it exists, and it meant so much to me personally.
Only 20 minutes in because I had to get back to work, but I love this game already! The vibe is chill yet mysterious, the music is relaxing yet urgent... I'm excited to see where this game takes me.
What an exquisite, lovely, wonderful, beautiful, thoughtful, touching, soul-filled, heart-wrenching, I could go on, game. One of the finest pixelated experiences I have ever had. Please note, at least 8 h of my playtime were leaving the game open overnight once and a couple more were vibing to the music. My actual play time was probably around 3-4 h.
Nice little cozy game of exploration and crafting lite* while figuring out the story and vibing to chill tunes.. Definately worth checking out if you like oldschool pixelart style which I find to be the game' main appeal.
Tea for Sana is a very rich story-based interactive cozy game. It touches on concepts of spirits and nature based on ancient (mostly Eastern-European) folklore, with aspects like balancing both the spirit and the physical realm, something that we no longer have in our hearts and minds. This game quite literally brings these thoughts back. Playing this game feels like a living, waking dream. It's easy to play and and quite short but well worth it.
