Es muy malo, las unidades no hacen caso. La interfaz es de los 90

I don't get this game, I tryed and I tryed and I tryed and it's UNBELIEVABLY slow, there's nothing that can be done about it, you need to be a monk to play this. It's very cool but it just takes too long. I'm not a specialist and I may be wrong but in order to grow the economy you need to build things, to do that you need patience, it takes many game days to finish building something, like 100 days and you can't rush it, then you build something else and so on until, all of the sudden, your unemployment rate it too low and what you have build is not producing as before, affecting you economy. Apparently you need to find some kind of balance between social spending and taxes. When you change one of those it takes a whole game day to see the effect. All the while the game expects you to keep the economy positive and the population growing. I don't get it, I think I never will. It's frustrating, what do you have to do?
