Super VR Trainer

This is another showpiece for the tech and nothing more. It's basically several mini games in one: bow and arrow, lightsaber, gun, hoverboard and tetris. Nothing terribly deep here but damn it's fun. Especially if you get some friends over. This should be one of the first experiences you try in VR.

So there are 6 mini-games. The mini-games were of varying quality. I only liked the hospital wave shooter. 1) Mini-arcade basketball - not much here, just make as many baskets as you can within the time limit. Pretty basic and pretty boring. There are leaderboards. 2) Light saber - You can either melee or block bullets with your light saber (and ricochet them back) or dodge, 180 degrees in front of you. It's interesting the first time you play this, but then you notice the lack of depth here. There's really no reason to play more than once. 3) Bow shooting wave shooter. The bow doesn't feel right. Enemies are 360 around you. There are different "types" but they are pretty bland. I've played maybe 20 different bow games in VR and this would be in the bottom 5 of my list. 4) Hospital wave shooter. One environment. It's dark. You have flashlight in one hand and a gun in the other. This game is actually a lot of fun. If there's one reason to buy Super VR Trainer it's for this mini-game. It's like a simplified Brookhaven Experiment, more arcade style. The graphics are the best in this mini-game. Gun play is suprisingly effective. Good atmosphere. 5) Hoverboard. It's really an endless runner. Looks a lot like Race the Sun. However, the controls are terrible. Honestly, you get bored quick here. 6) Puzzle game. Looked decent. However, no tutorial and no explanation on how to progress. I matched colors and it didn't seem to have any effect. Not sure if it was a bug or if I misunderstood the rules (which I didn't find). So was this game worth $3.59? I'm not sure. I don't think I'd want to play any of the mini-games again, except for the hospital wave shooter. So is $3.59 worth that one mini-game when it only has 1 environment and 1 gun? I don't think I can justify the price. It definitely is noth worth $17.99 either. This game (well, "these games" technically) show great potential. You get 4 varied games and they are a lot of fun. One minute you are pretending to be a Jedi, blasting troopers with their own laser blasts, next minute you are fending off zombies in an spooky dark old hospital, then you are flexing your bow and arrow skills against geeky skeletons before relaxing with some trippy snowboarding. All of these games have a unique visual and play style which is a nice touch. Sure, there are things that need work on in the game, which is what you would expect with an early access game, but it's still super playable now and a lot of fun. Can't wait to get back to my VR setup to play this again.

This game is way more than I thought it would be. The games are very fun and they just keep coming.

This is my most played VR game. After the most recent update (FEB 17) its just the go to game for me and my friends for fun. The Devs are also very active. They update the game with big updates in a good time frame rather than loads of little updates every week that you cant notice the changes. Really am happy with my purchase. Its well worth the asking price and if its on sale the its a true bargain. Have fun!

Simple, yet effective games. I didn't expect much from it, but truth be told, just for the "zombies" one it worth the bought. It's a four games pack: - Two specially fun and immersive ("zombies" and hoverboard racing or whatever is that), that transmit very well the VR feel, and the two most replayable I think. - One about lightsabers/Star Wars which is also fun but not as the level of the two previous mentioned, the lack of license make it lose points (you know, I wanted to choose my jedi/sith and see some stormtroopers). Also a "use the force" feature would have been great. Apart from that, it's cool just hear the lightsaber and act (or should I say overact) like jedi. - And the last one, which in my opinion is the worst, is somekind or archer game. Maybe too tricky for me or maybe I didn't play too much, but I found it a little dull. So in general, a game that you put when friends come to your house and you want to show them (or give the a try) how does VR feel. Specially as a said before the zombies one, the hover racing or the lightsabers one. Nice evening passing the glasses and watching some jumpscares or overacting. I really recommend it!

Hra obsahuje 6miniher. Prvni je fantasy strelba s lukem po ruznych kostlivcich (bohuzel me blbla strelba a tudiz me to nebavilo). Druha ve stylu jedi se branite proti vlnam vojaku a robotu. Mate jen 2lightsabry a s nima sekate, odrazite strely, celkem povedene.. Treti je hororova strilecka, ve ktere se tez branite proti ruzne haveti..celkem pekna atmosfera, hra je ve tme a levou rukou svitite a pravou strilite. Ctvrta je pro me osobne chytlava jizda na prkne a vyhybate se prekazkam...audiovizualne pekne udelane. (bavilo az tak ze po hodine a pul jsem se dostal na prvni misto :). Pata hra je 3D tetris...o tom asi netreba moc povidat..jen ze to pokladate do tvaru kruhu Sesta je mini hazena micem do kose.....po jedne hre mi stacilo Kupoval jsem ve sleve a za tu cenu jsem spokojen. Nejvice hraju 2,3 a 4 hru...ostatni me moc nezaujali, tak otazka jake preference mate vy :)

Pro: - 5 Minispiele in einem: Lichtschwertkampf, Zombies, mit Pfeil und Bogen gegen Skelette, 3D Tetris und "Hoverboard" - Der Lichtschwertkampf und die Zombieschießerei sind super einfach vom handling her und klasse geeignet um auch VR-Noobs zu beglücken -> toll für ne Demo und machen auch selbst mal zwischendurch Laune. Auch das Bogenschießen funkt super für Einsteiger - Die Grafik ist nett, der Sound geht auch in Ordnung - Alle Spiele "funktionieren" und wirken durchaus ordentlich gemacht...aber... Con: - ...es sind Minispiele, das Zombieschießen erinnert mich eher an die Demo von Brookhaven, klar gibt es Erfolge, Wellen, etc. aber keine Handlung oder Kampagne - Tetris in 3d...na ja, dafür habe ich mir zumindest keine VR-Brille gekauft, ist aber natürlich alles subjektiv Tolle Minispielesammlung zum fairen Preis. Hat immer mal wieder nen gutes Update vom Entwickler gekriegt, immer ein gutes Zeichen. Trotzdem, wie man ja auch an meiner Spielzeit erkennen kann, nix was einen für Stunden fesselt. Gerade das Zombiekrankenhaus und der Lichtschwertkampf sind für mich hier der Grund den Daumen nach oben zu geben. Danke an den Entwickler, ich hoffe auf weitere Updates, das letzte war echt klasse und auch der Grund eine positive Bewertung zu schreiben.
