About
Diary of Corporal Wilson, March 7th, 1945
Somewhere near Remagen, Germany
We’ve just taken the bridge at Remagen – made a breakthrough they never saw coming. Speed was our ally. The day was chill, no snow luckily, but nevertheless our breath was forming clouds in the crisp air. And yet, we took to action, flanked their Pak 40 positions with our Shermans, locked down the east bank with a barrage by 75mm M1 Howitzer and pushed forward before they could react.
The whole thing was wired to blow – but we moved too fast. They didn’t have time. This wasn’t about firepower, but timing. Planning. Discipline. Every move counted, and we made it to the other side! This could well be the beginning of the end for this gruesome war.

Hidden gem, I know its numbered sudden strike 5 but this is my first introduction to the series, if your into campaign focused RTS games you will love this, if you know an unhealthy amount of WW2 History you will enjoy this. it plays like somewhere in between Men of war and Steel division 2.
so far I like the size and graphics of the maps, enjoy single player mode and the campaigns. I recommend this game. really fun and challenging. One thing i do not like much is for infantry, the lack of resupply of hand grenades, explosive, etc.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Good RTS. It needs some patches to be more polished. But the gameplay is solid.
Läuft auf beiden Notebooks nicht, wahrscheinlich zu hohe Anforderungen an Rechner nicht empfehlenswert
I love this game, however they need serious improvements. I always end up logging out because I get so angry. Your units need to be constantly micromanaged. Your supply and repair trucks will run ahead up your army and just die, your medics don't always auto heal and the thing that makes me flip, is if you accidently hit the unload button. If you accidently hit the unload button, everyone gets out of their vehicles and theirs no way to get them back in unless you many select and few at a time. This simple mistake, means the enemy wins in a war. Recommendations, have the units have some level of common sense/order in how they fight/travel. Have the ability to automatically Reload solders into all vehicles if you accidently hit the unload button, have a few options on the order in how your army travels. Would be the best game if they did some of these, especially the unload issue. This is a fun game however, just upsetting at times.
Absolutely recommend Sudden Strike 5. Enjoyed hundreds of hours in Sudden Strike 4 and this is what I hoped for. It is hard and has some new good features. Still it keeps the same spirit and gameplay. Absolutely love and recommend it!
I think its a great game! For what it is! Nice German voice actors and also allied and Soviet! And this time around REAL German flags and symbols! Thats a HUGE thing for me! I cannot stand the "forbidden" flags! Its totally BS! So great job for the devs! I especially enjoy the campaign co op with my son! We have a lot of fun with it although its basic unit sharing... but over mic and headset we plan and command and conquer! :) GREAT fun game!
Fantastic gameplay, graphics, sound, and immersion. The right balance of realism and fun. The missions are hard, but I really want it that way. I only wish there were 100 more missions to play, so hoping the "auto gen" or skirmish modes improve over time to really introduce replay-ability (outside of multiplayer mode). Highly recommended!
Love the game, have become totally addicted. Its harder than I thought it would be had to lower to easy to get the hang of it. Brilliant game
