About
Welcome to the bloodletting...
Days before high school's end, one of your friends decided to bring to light the existence of an abandoned film studio underneath the school. From within the dusty sepulcher everything went black. Then reality struck as you came to. The students have vanished. All of your friends are gone.
Stammering creatures now wander the halls. You choke on your breath; the air here is disgusting. The walls here are moving. Pulsating. You remember a voice, made clear to your unconscious mind: "END THE CYCLE."
Newfound power lies before you. Unravel the mystery. Escape this hell.

It's a mediocre little horror game. Kind of rough around the edges, has a striking style that teeters between ugly and charming, and atmospheric music. To tell the truth, I barely recommend this game. As intriguing as the premise and lore are, the whole thing just feels unremarkable, with a few good moments propping everything up. And I say this as someone who has all of the achivements and even bought the artbook and soundtrack. Do I feel cheated? Absolutely not! As "art", this game is quite memorable, but as a game? NAH. The game isn't overtly scary. Some blood, no gore. there's 1-3 jumpscares, the only genuine one being a brief stint, whereas the other come from a low chance of a creepy image appearing on the loading screen. That's it. But the real horrors are the environment and premise. The claustrophobic hallways, liminal spaces, garish colors, disjointed layout, and impossibly large megastructures. Where are you? Are you friends still alive? Will you all be able to escape? The fear, the isolation, the distrust. "I just want to go home!!!" this is what the game does really well. Story wise, it's a kind of a mess. It's simple but told in a really complicated way. There's lots of little hints and lore, some amazing twists, and environmental storytelling, but putting it all together can be difficult. There are also multiple endings so there's a lot more to the game than meets the eye. Just remember: You're trapped in this rust and iron, psychedelic hell. Escape and survive! nothing else matters. Graphics are simple and uses a lot of shadows, darkness, and bright saturated colors to set the atmosphere. A little too dark in certain areas though and this game makes me hate the color red. Gameplay wise, it's pretty straightforward. It's an exploration game where you solve puzzles, use the camera to fight, scan, and manipulate items. Each level is broken up into little segments and does a good job being self-contained so backtracking isn't a big problem. Some of the puzzles are easy, some are frustrating due to the wonky camera angles, the dark lighting, and even some of the clues sound a little obtuse. The Pact system gives a sense of urgency and something to do. from killing enemies, to scanning (pressing Q on enemies) enemies, or finding phones: keep that meter up. or down. its status determines your ending!
It describes bizarre, dazzling light and interlaced vibrant colors. I have no idea why this phrase popped into my head, but one thing is certain: this game ranks firmly among the top tier in every aspect.
IM LARPING SO HARD!!!
This game feels a bit like one of those 24 hour game jam challenges, where someone tries to put together a unique concept for a game without fleshing anything out. You can really feel the dev trying so hard to subvert the survival horror genre snd genuinely make something different in the scene: including a gravity gun-esque mechanic for puzzle solving and combat, an unorthodox camera weapon and aiming system, etc. But it never really does anything interesting with them in my opinion, feeling closer to a curious tech demo than a good game. If I'm being honest, I also found the writing a bit amateurish and awkward. If this is done as a nod towards the kind of unintentionally odd voice acting/writing in stuff like Silent Hill, then I appreciate the spirit of it but nonetheless find it unappealing and out of tone with the rest of the game. If there's one thing the game does excellently it's the genrral amhience and visuals present. There's a lot of unexpected environmental designs, cutscenes, and scene transitions that always kept me interested. It's unfortunate the actual game's camera is a poor implementation of fixed camera perspectives, since it often looks so good otherwise
one of the best games ive ever laid my eyes upon (imo)
not realy realistic bc black monsters have same speed as other ones and have no gun but game - good
