你们他妈玩不玩你们自己做的游戏啊?
Good for nostalgia, otherwise do not buy.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
A Game Blinded by Nostalgia
Hundreds and thousands review the game as 'peak nostalgia', I'm sorry, this game does have its faults. It may be a good game, but to me it failed to capture the original charm it once had. I don't recommend it at all, I've lost hours of progress to which the devs were aware, addressed and didn't properly fix it, unsure if there were timed exclusives through seasonal events or anything. This game doesn't even have Cloud Support, please understand when you're buying this game that you now have to constantly check if your saves will disappear even if it's all local. It’s a HUGE dealbreaker for me. I had even mentioned this on their discord server yet nobody couldn't give a proper response, it shows that they released a game not knowing the final product would just be a mediocre product despite its higher production value. Sleeping Dogs got cloud support years later when people begged, to which Square Enix themselves probably didn't care about the IP as much as they did help work on it, but they did the BARE MINIMUM.
The Mehs
They had updated both its multiplayer and story balancing to the point where it stopped being fun to mess around and became a slog, it's so sad to see how much of the original's artstyle loses its charm, the updated graphics ARE cool but everything felt too reimagined (obviously). The UI felt cheap, certain elements felt lacking despite it being a remake, and an addition to another class being the Ninja which does NOT fit the aesthetic and original vision; it almost felt like SFH3 was being incorporated here and that game by its own was a bit controversial. You're not offered the original flash game, which I understand through security concerns with how Adobe Flash had operated but if Flashpoint had their own architecture that allowed you to play games locally (and offline), then I'm sure the devs were capable enough to do it for here as it've been nicer to own it on steam instead of being locked away in an old obscure product of its time. Multiplayer was a mess, I was fond of the XP matches there, it felt fun and the long grind stopped entirely (which was VERY unfun playing normally, trust me when I say this, opinions are also subjective), it allowed me to experiment more with the weapons I was able to obtain. There was no proper matchmaking (SBMM wouldn’t fit anyways), the public server browser sucked since there was no dedicated servers, you’d think at least with some budget they would’ve funded proper matchmaking but apparently not with all that kickstarter money.
So, what now?
It really hurts writing this review, it really does. I’m writing it because I do think those interested in the game deserve better than what we got. It’s my childhood game, I didn’t buy it for the sole purpose of nostalgia. I bought it because I was willing to support the devs since indie studios are a 50/50 in whether they get attention or not. I've waited years of my life to when Flash was still a thing, playing through all the games. I bought the game on launch using my own allowance (as a 16 year old, I'm 19 now), I supported it through buying the artbook and it felt that I was not treated right as a loyal fan. Don’t get me wrong, I dislike the game yeah but I applaud the devs for their work on it, that should never be forgotten even if the game just sucks in general. I'm not hyped for any future remakes or any re-releases or with the Haze games, I don't trust in Sky9 Games to provide a consistent future for their games, they are very well aware despite the updates and patches, it still feels like a broken mess. I wish I had refunded it before but times up, and all there is left to do is sit in my library until whatever they release next. Seriously, take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, they do offer much more context than whatever nostalgia bait review that keeps getting served everyday, and I do fully agree with most of the faults people point out. I recommend it for those new to the franchise, but really, you're better off playing the original games no matter how dated it may feel. I urge you to play the originals.
Terrible game. I recommend playing the original flash version as it is superior. Weapons are obtained through random chance and gambling machines. The AI enemies have aimbot. It is not fun at all to play. If you read the other negative reviews, everything about it is true. Refunded the game in less than an hour. What a huge disappointment and joke
Remake so bad that Yao Ming almost cried after seeing what they've done to OG flash game
Well personally the franchise equals to the word: nostalgia to me. Tbh Im merely buying this game as a tribute to the creators that made me a pleasantful memory for my childhood. Gameplay wise, it's outdated, and inherited nearly all the flaws in sfh3.
