Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.86/day in the week to Sep 1 → 8.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hunting shark is more fun than hunting Leviathan on Subnautica
Ist ein sehr schönes spiel WENN man kein bock mehr auf sein leben hat :^) Gute Besserung wenn man das auf ernst zockt
As a kid i used to watch markaplier and jacksepticeye play this game 11 years ago, i always wanted to play this game but couldnt. Back then it had a couple of bugs like sharks going through land, being able to push the raft with an item thus going faster than the gas engine, endless reach bug where you could hit something from anywhere if you got one hit on it, being able to fly with items (easiest done with sharks) and a couple more, but those are minor bugs which couldve been fixed in the 11 years that followed. Now that i finally got the chance to play it, it was the worst 8 bucks ive ever spent. Some of the bugs that ive mentioned were patched but the problem with sharks still going through land is still a problem. The only thing theyve done is they made the sharks avoid the shoreline to not clip through the land, yet they still do in the end. a LOT of features, items and mechanics have been removed from the games for example: tools (hatchet, machete), being able to attack certain creatures (stingrays, turtles,...) theyre just invincible now and just models swimming around, switched the unique crafting mechanic for a simpler generic crafting UI and more. Some textures and models are very old (not to say bad but after 11 years youd think to update them). The worst thing about the game was the multiplayer aspect, specifially the Desync between the host and the person who joined. The players could become invisible for eachother, stuttering and teleporting is a common occurrence, some minor visual bugs are also trees splitting in half when moving them, chests on the raft jiggling and stuttering on shelves, the raft stutering when sailing and much more. This has been the worst multiplayer experience i have ever played. 5+ minutes of waiting if you want to join a friends game, when joining a host, the host also needs to wait for the duration of the time, now that wouldnt be the biggest problem if random disconects wouldnt be so common, in the 21 hours ive played ive been disconected 11 times and still counting. For the player joining, raft often disappears very often, demaning a restart every single time, waiting another 5+ minutes of waiting, which becomes longer the more you play on a save. The only positive thing i could say is how well the lighting looked, the boss and shark models and how well the game ran. with max graphics on 2k i ran it on smooth 100~ to 120~ (this was before we added custom islands which dropped my fps to 60~ to 70~ fps). This is in my opinion one of the worst and most broken games you can find on steam. This game was grueling and tiring to play, feeling more like a chore than a game to play with a friend. The nostaliga factor quickly died with your will to play this game. If i knew in what state the game was, i wouldnt even have considered buying this game even if it was a 5th of the price. 1/10 Absolutely disappointing
game feels basic and boring not enough content, theres waaaay better survival games out there
