Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Stoneshard is a challenging turn-based RPG set in an open world. Experience the unforgiving life of a medieval mercenary: travel across the war-torn kingdom, fulfill contracts, fight, mend your wounds and develop your character without any restrictions.
There’s no hand-holding, and the game will punish you for your mistakes: you’ll have to carefully prepare for each expedition, plan your actions in advance, and weigh your resources against possible risks. Saving can only be done in certain spots, so each wrong move can potentially lead to a swift death and lost progress.

Open World
War always leaves its mark: villages lie in ruins, dungeons are infested with monsters, and old roads are abandoned. Travel through Aldor and learn more about its past.
Caravan
Gather your own caravan to travel the world. Acquire upgrades for it and recruit followers - their knowledge and skills will likely benefit you along the way. Feeling weary? Return to your camp to hear new stories or just rest by the fire.
Economy
The wartime economy is ruthless, but it also presents many opportunities: fulfill contracts, hunt for treasure, trade in a variety of goods, and travel the land to earn your fortune.

Character Development
Experiment with 200+ abilities and 400+ equipment pieces without any class or level restrictions. Create your very own playstyle!
Enemy Variety
Take part in intense battles against numerous factions. Brigands, abominable cults, the undead - all of them require a unique approach.
Tactical Battles
Only the thoughtful ones shall prevail - plan a few turns ahead, adapt to your surroundings, and fully utilize your character’s strengths.

Health System
Master the simple but deep health system: cauterize bleeding wounds, relieve pain with alcohol and drugs, practice bloodletting and heal your maladies with various concoctions.
Psyche
Different in-game situations have a distinct influence on your character’s mental condition. High morale may turn the tide in your favor when fighting even the most hopeless of battles, while low sanity brings panic attacks and paranoia.
Permadeath
Do you like risk? Then try out the Ironman mode, where every decision is irreversible and your character dies once and for all.
New Content
Additional settlements, enemy factions, and even more activities, equipment, and abilities.
Main Story
To solve the mystery of Stoneshards, you’ll have to undertake a long journey full of dangers, hardships, and adventures. What choices will you make in this bleak world?

Negative reviews are wilding out. If you want to mod the game to be easier, go for it! I personally run an auto-move mod because I want to be able to speed up my ironman runs. Otherwise, it's simply ok to accept that fact that the game isn't for you and that it isn't fully released yet. Character creator would be great, but there's more than enough variety already. It is not the reason you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at the game, I promise.
This RPG is like a turn-based medieval fantasy version of STALKER GAMMA with magic! You will have fight faithless heathens (bandits) and many Unique monsters (Giant Spiders, Wolves, Bears, Trolls, Ghouls etc.). While balancing your characters overall health determines your overall fitness to take on such foes: make sure you have a proper diet, i.e cannot just eat slop, gruel and hardtack everyday, you must ensure you are sleeping enough on average, if you won your last fight with 3 broken bones and deep lacerations, you must splint the broken bones, utilize bandages to stop the bleeding, and give yourself some time for your body to heal. And not just physically, your character's going to struggle with self-confidence for a bit and you will be less effective in combat as a result for a time and will need to get a couple wins under your belt to restore your mental fortitude. Which makes sense, you just got by the skin of your teeth and probably shouldve died... its appropriate you don't feel good about it. As an adventurer you are doing the best you can with a bad situation. You are just a mercenary looking for work in this town. The world is merciless. You must pick your fights wisely, and go for easy picking until you get more gear, more levels for more skill points, and more medicine/tools in your tool belt. Character customization is great. They are adding more and more builds to the game as time goes on so I won't list them all. You can definitely choose your archtype in a variety of ways such as Melee Fighter, Ranger, Mage. Economy plays a factor in this game, you are desperate for coin. You can specialize to be self-sufficient making you less effective in combat, with the perk of not having to depending on price gouging merchants anymore such as hunting for your own food, repairing your own armor, patching up your own wounds. But its all internal decisions the game will let you play however you want, if you'd like to grind for more gold so you can always be as strong as possible for the next encounter that's also viable as well. This game is really hardcore/difficult but I also think that's what gives weight to your decisions, keeps the turn-based gameplay fun, and makes victory all the more satisfying. It has a ironman mode where your save deletes when you die. I like that the game has a lot of depth, but also has really good tooltips so it's easy to have situational awareness so you always feel like you're making informed decisions.
