Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Stoneshard is a challenging turn-based RPG set in an open world. Experience the unforgiving life of a medieval mercenary: travel across the war-torn kingdom, fulfill contracts, fight, mend your wounds and develop your character without any restrictions.
There’s no hand-holding, and the game will punish you for your mistakes: you’ll have to carefully prepare for each expedition, plan your actions in advance, and weigh your resources against possible risks. Saving can only be done in certain spots, so each wrong move can potentially lead to a swift death and lost progress.

Open World
War always leaves its mark: villages lie in ruins, dungeons are infested with monsters, and old roads are abandoned. Travel through Aldor and learn more about its past.
Caravan
Gather your own caravan to travel the world. Acquire upgrades for it and recruit followers - their knowledge and skills will likely benefit you along the way. Feeling weary? Return to your camp to hear new stories or just rest by the fire.
Economy
The wartime economy is ruthless, but it also presents many opportunities: fulfill contracts, hunt for treasure, trade in a variety of goods, and travel the land to earn your fortune.

Character Development
Experiment with 200+ abilities and 400+ equipment pieces without any class or level restrictions. Create your very own playstyle!
Enemy Variety
Take part in intense battles against numerous factions. Brigands, abominable cults, the undead - all of them require a unique approach.
Tactical Battles
Only the thoughtful ones shall prevail - plan a few turns ahead, adapt to your surroundings, and fully utilize your character’s strengths.

Health System
Master the simple but deep health system: cauterize bleeding wounds, relieve pain with alcohol and drugs, practice bloodletting and heal your maladies with various concoctions.
Psyche
Different in-game situations have a distinct influence on your character’s mental condition. High morale may turn the tide in your favor when fighting even the most hopeless of battles, while low sanity brings panic attacks and paranoia.
Permadeath
Do you like risk? Then try out the Ironman mode, where every decision is irreversible and your character dies once and for all.
New Content
Additional settlements, enemy factions, and even more activities, equipment, and abilities.
Main Story
To solve the mystery of Stoneshards, you’ll have to undertake a long journey full of dangers, hardships, and adventures. What choices will you make in this bleak world?

beeing this long in early acces and not listening to the community is not good

criticism about the game taking super long to release is valid, but this game is awesome regardless. will easily net you hundreds of hours of content that constantly feels fresh regardless, and its super fun. its pretty hard too
Devs more interested in maintaining their artistic vision for the game, than delivering on old promises in a timely manner. Same goes for making a game that's accessible to new players, or generally respecting the time of their customers. The Demo conveniently leaves out the thing that takes up over half your time once you're actually playing the full game: The mind-numbingly slow process of moving to a different map tile that isn't adjacent to the one you're in. If you're going to buy this, and you want to enjoy it, you currently *have* to mod it with 3rd party tools to enable things like one-button to pathfind to a map border, or use something like Cheat Engine to speed up the tile movement. I only use a pathfinding mod, and still spend a third of the game in the travels between points, with most map tiles resulting in no significant encounter, and even when they do, if it's a back and forth multiple times route (because you can barely carry any loot,) every trip after the first will be completely absent of anything to distract from the tedium of travelling.
从高三的买的测试版,牛魔的研究生都考上了毛子连技能树都没做完,我现在关注游戏最大动力是看这游戏先更新完还是大毛二毛先打完
A great RPG that has been trucking along with regular updates. Expect brutal combat and slow improvements to your char, but everything feels earned. Learning to plan and bringing the right tools can make impossible fights 100x easier. Skill tree decently big and growing, you have to narrow in on a character build which makes replaying feel fresh to try new skills, even if I always play a geomancer variant. Common enemies look sameish on the surface, but variety of weapons and enemy skills make them much more complex and unique. Most recent updates have been adding in alot more enemies, bosses, weapons, and skills to improve it more. Crazy amounts of writing and cities added in recently have 6x the size of the world and make it feel alive. Probably most frustrating part has been solved. You have slow movement for long distance, especially as the world map has expanded greatly, but the added wagon train has fixed that. it even has a bunch of kinda grindy upgrades, fetch questing to find the right materials, but the effort comes with big boosts. Will you die in glory fighting off a necromancer horde, or you will you become confused by dehydration and stumble into a bear?
