Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.57/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Stoneshard is a challenging turn-based RPG set in an open world. Experience the unforgiving life of a medieval mercenary: travel across the war-torn kingdom, fulfill contracts, fight, mend your wounds and develop your character without any restrictions.
There’s no hand-holding, and the game will punish you for your mistakes: you’ll have to carefully prepare for each expedition, plan your actions in advance, and weigh your resources against possible risks. Saving can only be done in certain spots, so each wrong move can potentially lead to a swift death and lost progress.

Open World
War always leaves its mark: villages lie in ruins, dungeons are infested with monsters, and old roads are abandoned. Travel through Aldor and learn more about its past.
Caravan
Gather your own caravan to travel the world. Acquire upgrades for it and recruit followers - their knowledge and skills will likely benefit you along the way. Feeling weary? Return to your camp to hear new stories or just rest by the fire.
Economy
The wartime economy is ruthless, but it also presents many opportunities: fulfill contracts, hunt for treasure, trade in a variety of goods, and travel the land to earn your fortune.

Character Development
Experiment with 200+ abilities and 400+ equipment pieces without any class or level restrictions. Create your very own playstyle!
Enemy Variety
Take part in intense battles against numerous factions. Brigands, abominable cults, the undead - all of them require a unique approach.
Tactical Battles
Only the thoughtful ones shall prevail - plan a few turns ahead, adapt to your surroundings, and fully utilize your character’s strengths.

Health System
Master the simple but deep health system: cauterize bleeding wounds, relieve pain with alcohol and drugs, practice bloodletting and heal your maladies with various concoctions.
Psyche
Different in-game situations have a distinct influence on your character’s mental condition. High morale may turn the tide in your favor when fighting even the most hopeless of battles, while low sanity brings panic attacks and paranoia.
Permadeath
Do you like risk? Then try out the Ironman mode, where every decision is irreversible and your character dies once and for all.
New Content
Additional settlements, enemy factions, and even more activities, equipment, and abilities.
Main Story
To solve the mystery of Stoneshards, you’ll have to undertake a long journey full of dangers, hardships, and adventures. What choices will you make in this bleak world?

Reviews
Game has plenty of content even in its current early access state. Very fun

I feel like there are some extremely unfair reviews on here. The game is in early access and I would still give it a 10/10. playing it on non-permadeath is the way to go unless your doing a challenge run. Where the term rouge like comes in is when you go to dungeons either on quests or just delving. I highly recommend you sleep before heading out on a quests because this creates a save state. the dungeons are randomly generated so if you die on the quest the first time upon returning it will be different. The survival mechanics and build variety makes the characters feel yours. I am running the game on a potato that struggles with running task manager of all things. does the laptop struggle... yes but given that the in-game time only moves when you interact with it this negates this issue. If you have even a semi competent computer you will have no issues. I saw some comments saying that the game has lazy animations and art but.... by god just look at the screenshots. I have never really been into pixel art games but this is just beautiful. This combined with the lore and the OpenWorld aspect I can say that I feel a level of immersion I didn't think possible with a game like this. Its almost like running a single player D&D session. This is definitely a game I will be dumping a disgusting amount of hours in. To explain how much I love this game. I am actually considering buying the caravan reskin dlc just to support the development. This game is actually quite possibly one of the best I have ever played.
Good if you like a certain kind of pain.
Extremely addictive game, but it seems like the devs doesn't have an understanding of what -hard- and -impossible- means. Remove the save deletion upon exiting the game, save scumming is a MUST in this game unless you like pointless running back and forth between your quest locations for 10 minutes, only to arrive and die and have to repeat the runback process. It is a mind numbingly stupid decision to make the game like that. But, stupidity aside, it is a very good game, with a great core to it. But if can only recommend this game if you are someone who enjoys being punched in the nuts, the face, and the throat, at the exact same time, in repeat. TLDR: CBT, THE GAME.
