Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Honestly bro if people didn't compare this game to Skyrim and fallout they'd have an amazing time. If you think about this game as it's own thing it's crazy good but when you start saying "Oh it doesn't have this mechanic" or "I can't do this like in Skyrim" you're gonna feel some type of way. I like it though. I went through a phase when it first came out when I said it was amazing and then like 40 hours in I started to get bored. Now the Free lanes update is out and honestly that update with all the DLC makes this game awesome again. Definitely can feel boring at times but I feel that way with many open world games honestly.
Absolutely LOVE this game and if you are a fan of Cyberpunk 2077 you will love this game too. Not sure why it gets so much hate for empty planets as it is a GALAXY after all and the planets you do have are full of life and places to visit. This game has so much to it and totally get's hate for no reason in my mind. Try it out and return it if you think I'm wrong. This is not paid to advertise, it's a fellow gamer that realizes there are few games like this, CP2077, RD2 out there and if you like any of those you will absolutely enjoy this one.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Loved the game. Despite few things that need to be improved it has great potential. Enjoyed ship building/customization and ship combat, equipment upgrade/customization. Memorable companions with different personalities. There are few awesome long side quests. Main story is also great and further NG+ support.
I've played every Bethesda game ever made, and I've played a lot of Starfield, and its really not complicated. It's the worst, most nonsensical opening to any game the studio has every put out. If you're going to be bad be bad at the end not the beginning. That said that game is basically Fallout 4 in space and you bring your base with you. If you weren't a fan of Fallout 4 and its design (both gameplay and narrative) you're likely not going to like this either. If you were a fan than you'll find a nice evolution of all the core mechanics and some very good writing. Some of Bethesda's best writing, art and gameplay are buried in this game so if you love Bethesda games just grind through the first 10 hours and you won't be disappointed. If you're not a huge Bethesda fan it's a very tough ask to grind though that much gameplay considering 10 hours is a complete game in other genres. Either way it's not a bad game its just a really bad start.

I played in 2026: Pros: 1) Dialogue is natural, so it feels more like you're speaking with people. But it's more The Office without Michael Scott or Dwight than discord mod. 2) Weapons and armor. Super fun to use, mix and match, and mod. The system combines the BEST parts of Fallout 4, the Outer Worlds, and add a research development/level system. So, you can't simply mod and improve everything if you haven't learned it and researched it. 3) The leveling system. Every level is 1 perk point. 84 skills with multiple tiers. In order to access the second and third tiers, you have to ACTUALLY do something (want to improve to Tier 2 Speech? Complete 3 successful conversation/persuasion events). I found this to be incredibly immersive since my ability to improve in something was DIRECTLY TIED to getting better at it. Also, with 84 skills, there is so much freedom to craft your player (this is called "role playing," and I find it particularly fun in a "role playing" game). 4) Ships. Flying. Modding. Living in them. Fighting with them. Docking and commandeering them. Super incredible and awesome systems that add to the normal "run, shoot, jump" combat and gameplay of many action RPGs. 5) Exploration. Flying around. Driving the rover. Running around planets. Space is fun to scan and survey and explore, if you're into that. Want to produce your own materials? Go for it. I will say that these mechanics are not meant to be min/maxed, so just find spots and plop down because you will break it if you try to optimize it and it's not worth it. The game is meant to be enjoyed, so you're better off playing a strategy game. 6) Immersion. Unique gravity for each planet. Dialogue tags for skills, background, companions. Companions can participate in dialogue if they have a tag. The Persuasion minigame is SUPER upgraded from Oblivion. I love that I can talk my way into negotiating to meet a billionaire. Like, I can still fail even though I have the tag for it because I may be persuasive, but you can't always persuade everyone of everything in a binary in real life. And I LOVED that. It's also awesome that an NPC can tell you, "this NPC doesn't like being spoken to this way," and even if you have max persuasion, if you do that, you can still fail (or succeed, vice-versa). Super in-depth. Cons: 1) Writing. The main story is about string theory and the multi-verse. There are a lot of interesting concepts it touches on. But I compare it to a bodybuilder's diet. Yes, this is chicken and I like chicken. Yes, it is cooked well. HOWEVER, it was boiled without seasoning and you served it on a bed of white rice. Just bland, boring. The companions are fine though (the adoring fan almost made me shed a tear). 2) Exploration. Bit of double-jeopardy here. The worlds are randomly generated (not procedurally), so there are a certain number of dungeons and POIs. If you play long enough (or are unlucky), it gets repetitive since you know what to go, where to go, and how to approach each corner. Also, your ship must be upgraded so you can jump to farther galaxies, otherwise it means more loading screens. 3) No unique skins; or only a few. And even then, it feels weird being a good guy but having the bad guy skin on my rifle cos that's all I'm limited to. CONCLUSION: Very in-depth, immersive game with a TON of mechanics and things to do. Unfortunately, a little flat on the writing, so you have to make most of your own fun. If you like open world games with complete freedom, awesome. If not, play final fantasy or pokemon. 8.5/10
Yes. It's a Bethesda game. The review that got me to finally break down and buy it read, and I'll paraphrase "If you like Bethesda's games, if you liked Morrowind, if you liked the Fallout Series, you'll get what you paid for". Yes, I did get what I paid for - while many of the reviews hold true in that the game feels like they held on too long polishing it and not releasing it to such an extent our expectations outgrew what they delivered. You can play No Man's Sky and seamlessly move from planet to space and back again. Yes, the character's and dialog options are pretty good two shoed. You can certainly go and piss of the local security and get a large bounty, but there's not real dark path in the game, or so from what I've seen at this point in my playthrough - and of course there are pronouns...but only in the character creation! Still, why? Pandering much? Also, as with most games circa 2016 and above, the function that guarantees exactly the same mix of races in every scene, and ensures that you get the every 10th odd accent match is in place. It's a good game though, and well worth the original full price with their latest free major updates as of 2026. It could have been so much more though. Based on what I see I have to wonder what or who made certain design decisions that took away from the potential gritty space exploration story that could have been. The game begs to be dark, to thrust the player into a unforgiving world of debauchery and sin, to be gauged and judged based on your action. Instead, it often feels like I'm in a safe space, a warm bubble, merely tickled at times with the finger wagging of my "bad" decision and notion of a grander reality. In closing, I really feel like the Fallout series, the story telling and character development has been lost in newer games. The connections you built with the world that was slowly built around you as you played within it has been lost in modern gaming. Could just be me though, I'm getting old.

It’s pretty good these days. They fixed a lot of the issues I had with it on launch.
