STAR WARS™ Knights of the Old Republic™

KOTOR 1 is a 9/10 RPG that has aged better overall than you might expect. It's good in it's own right and you should play it if you haven't, but you're not here for KOTOR 1 itself, you're here to understand KOTOR 2, which is an honest to god 9.9/10 once the restored content mod is applied. KOTOR 1 is really just the prequel to KOTOR 2 and should be seen that way, coming from someone who played both games on their initial release dates. Worth noting that the other reviews that mention how impossible it is to get this game running on modern hardware are spot on. Don't wait for the remaster, but brace yourself for a battle with your PC. It won't happen to everyone, but it does happen a lot.

STAR WARS Knights of the Old Republic . An amazing game with wonderful characters, beautiful music and a really cool "Real-Time with Pause" combat system. It appears to be a real-time action game, but has a turn-based system underneath. . Controls: WS - move forward and backward ZC - move left and right AD - rotate camera Capslock - free look Ctrl - look about Esc - game menu Q - select previous E - select next B - run and walk . Mechanics and features: Choose appearance and name. The right corner interface contains several menus: - Equip - Party inventory. This inventory is shared by all party members. - Character Sheet - Skills and feats (feats from equipment) - Messages - Dialog (history of conversations) - Quests - Map - Options (save, load, gameplay, feedback, auto-pause, graphics, sound, exit game) We can choose party members and switch between characters.
