Really great game! Interesting story, enjoyable gameplay with a variety of mechanics, and the setting is absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to the developers for Tatooine. I played through the entire game, including all of its expansions, and I honestly can't understand why the game got so much hate some time ago. If you like the Assassin's Creed series, this is basically the same kind of experience, just set in the Star Wars universe and with guns. I really enjoyed it and don't regret a single minute I spent playing it.

Star Wars Outlaws est une bonne surprise, et c'est dommage que la réputation d'Ubisoft et les polémiques usuellement fatigantes des réseaux sociaux n'aient pas profité au jeu et au studio à son lancement. Une suite aurait été intéressante, mais c'est déjà bien de pouvoir faire l'expérience de ceci. A savoir que je suis de base un gros sceptique concernant les titres d'Ubisoft, ayant été incapable de finir beaucoup de leurs jeux à cause des longueurs ressenties alors même que les prémices de ceux-ci sont souvent efficaces (Far Cry 3, 5, Assassin's Creed Odyssey notamment). Ce qui prédispose peut être à un ressenti positif ici. Le jeu est beau, et les différentes planètes sont un plaisir à parcourir. L'ambiance sonore comme visuelle fonctionnent bien. La variété des environnements est tout aussi saluable. Je ne suis pas vraiment pointu concernant l'univers Star Wars mais le lore paraît vraiment bien retranscrit et rend le jeu immersif. Côté gameplay direct, c'est du combat au blaster et de l'infiltration somme toute plutôt basique, pas déplaisant mais pas transcendant non plus, sans doute le vrai point faible du jeu sur la durée. Côté progression des "talents" et des réputations, le jeu est beaucoup mieux pensé et assez original, il n'y a pas de système de niveau mais des compétences et améliorations à débloquer en explorant, en complétant des quêtes ou des défis. L'approche est intéressante et engageante, et ça a bien fonctionné pour ma part. Le mini-jeu de crochetage est une réussite aussi, j'ai apprécié. Maintenant, la boucle de gameplay peut être répétitive à force mais j'ai trouvé la durée du jeu très propre ici, avec moins de place pour les activités et points d'intérêts copiés/collés à l'infini auxquels nous ont habitué les autres licences du studio. Mon temps de jeu réel sur la sauvegarde est d'environ 45h, je n'ai pas poussé les 100% mais ai bien fait le tour quand même. Le duo Kay/Nix fonctionne bien, les deux personnages étant attachants (sauf quand Kay backsit), et le mini-jeu des repas est éclaté mais c'est mignon donc à moitié pardonné. Les phases de combat et d'exploration spatiale sont assez quelconques elles aussi mais apportent toutefois de variété dans le gameplay et restent plaisantes. Recommandation évidente, j'ai passé un bon moment, et le jeu ne mérite absolument pas sa réputation.
Star Wars Outlaws byl pro mě bohužel trochu jako na houpačce. Ze začátku mi trvalo, než mě začal bavit, potom jsem si hru docela užíval, ale ke konci už mě zase začínala nudit. Grafika je místy opravdu pěkná, jindy zase spíš průměrná. Střelba z blasteru je podobný případ, neurazí, ale žádný zázrak to není. Hudba ani příběh mě bohužel taky úplně nevystřelily z pantoflí. Největší plus je podle mě svět. Pro fanoušky Star Wars je paráda projíždět planety, objevovat různá místa a potkávat známé postavy. Hodně mě bavil i Nix, který není jen na okrasu a při průzkumu i v soubojích dokáže být opravdu užitečný. Možností, co dělat, je opravdu hodně a jednotlivé syndikáty jsou fajn nápad. Můj největší problém bylo ale opakování. Po čase jsem měl pocit, že pořád dělám to samé. Infiltruj základnu, ideálně potichu, hackni něco, ukradni něco a zase pryč. Po několika hodinách už to začíná být trochu stereotypní. Celkově ale hra není špatná. Pro fanoušky Star Wars určitě doporučuju alespoň vyzkoušet. Pokud vás Star Wars tolik nebere, asi bych měl s doporučením větší problém.

Finished + DLC, 70h Not completionist but all upgrades included the DLC ones. and All reps maxed. The game has the same very problems that all openworld full of "?" with sealth. It's a nice challenge on the start, but as you start learning the tolerance of AI and start winning boosts and abilities, sealth and combat becomes a walk in the park, you can recklesly push from quarter game on triying to solve a travelling salesman problem with the points in the map. The story in the main game works well nice star wars commoner stuff w/o the omnipresent jedis, And it happens part in Tatooine between Star Wars V and VI, so lots of fanservice (sfw fanservice, not dancer Leias), The DLC one can be accessed only after main story finishes and feels empty after the epic main story. Also the DLC upgrades can be accessed only in the added map of the DLC after main story finishes. BUT the crashes, pal the crashes. Can't get the game work striaght unless remove al graphic stuff, and even that you need to expect that the game will crash from time to time. Te DLC comes with even more crashes, and more graphic glitches. The animations are not correctly dona and the game comes with a "movie grain" filter that makes it just fuzzy and ugly. I'm in the middle of recomend and not recomend it but since this is Ubisoft and they do not need or deserve support, let's not recomend it
