Overloaded & bloated extension of Fallen Order, player being railroaded into using the dark side und hairbrained plot twists just for their own sake. Started out willing tp platinum this game, now I'm just happy I finished the "story" and get to deinstall.
+ In some aspects better than Fallen Order - Worse performance when loading new areas - Worse graphics than Fallen Order...somehow? - The story is so dragged... +/- The areas are massive - The game is bloated with collectibles, plants, data discs etc. etc. which is a bit exhausting for anyone who likes to clear 90-100% of content. + At least this time there are more collectibles on map, that serve a purpose - The story is kinda worse than Fallen Order I would say, altough uses a very interesting timeline aspects
Thumbs up
so fun

Played the 1st part on my friend's PS. It was a rare game with the non-existing lore of the Zeffo. Kinda boring, but with good lightsaber physics for the first single-player Star Wars game in a decade. Not Jedi Academy, but it was OK. Good enough to buy during a Steam discount event (and I did, with a 75% discount). I bought the 2nd game during a discount event too, just because I finally bought a good laptop. I especially didn't watch a lot of videos about the game, just to have a clear first-time experience. And this one is already WELL DONE. Finally, a really good combat system, really interesting and hard duels (I'm not a hardcore Dark Souls gamer, I don't rush to get all the achievements, and I played on the second-highest difficulty level). I'm happy that I played this game after all the patches, and I didn't encounter more than one optimization problem. Good, strong story. Of course, not on the KOTOR or KOTOR II level, but still a really strong one, and maybe the best Star Wars game in the last 15–20 years. The last time I enjoyed storytelling in Star Wars was the SWTOR storylines for the Sith and Jedi. Thanks for a good game. I'm hoping that the EA ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ won't interfere with your next games, and that they'll stay free from monetization or conveyor-belt ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like FIFA. I'm waiting for the third game.
