About
Formerly known as Post Scriptum, Squad 44 is the most authentic WW2 first-person shooter, featuring 20 large-scale battlefields, upwards of 150 realistic WW2 weapons, and over 120 true-to-life vehicles. You must prioritize communication, coordination, and teamwork to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.
Experience real WW2 campaigns, such as the liberation of the Netherlands and the Battle of Normandy. The war stretched across farms, villages, and cities, and whether you’re jumping out of a plane, arriving by sea, or storming the battlefield in a tank, you’ll need to group up with your squad before taking on the enemy.
Fight as historic WW2 factions like the British 1st Airborne Division, the US 4th Infantry Division, and the French Army to take on the German Wehrmacht, the Waffen SS, and Fallschirmjägers. Other factions include the Australian Army, the Greek Royal Hellenic Army, the New Zealand Military Forces, the British Army, and the Polish Airborne Forces.
In Squad 44, teamwork is paramount to achieving victory. Enroll as a commander and order gun runs or artillery to support your team. Join the frontline as one of the many infantry roles. Run logistics and shape the battlefield with fortifications and emplacements. And keep everyone on the battlefield updated with our in-game voice chat. Talk directly with your entire squad or use the local proximity chat to talk to players nearby and help the flow of battle.
Be the scourge of the battlefield in one of the most feared monsters of WW2: the armored tank. Join a battalion with three other players and crew realistic steel beasts as the driver, gunner, or commander. Every vehicle in Squad 44 has been painstakingly created to represent the real tanks that roamed the battlefields of 1940s Europe. Each one features authentic functionality and armaments, meaning one thing: complete devastation to the enemy’s frontlines.
Experience the authentic reproduction of an incoming Stuka siren or artillery cannons firing from afar. The piercing sound of an incoming heavy round cutting through the air past you. The cracks of bullets and shrapnel. Squad 44 was designed with every little detail created with the utmost authenticity to the real-life weapons, vehicles, and battlefields used at the time. Don’t just play a game; experience the intense WW2 tactical military action of Squad 44.

Dead game
Купил, загрузил, зашел, огляделся в меню, побегал на полигоне, нашел сервер где полторы калеки играют, зашел, понял что дитя мертворожденное, вышел... не рекомендую тратить время когда есть сквад, арма или хелка
abandoned tbh
This underrated gem of a game is truly fantastic, and it's genuinely baffling that it doesn't have a larger following. While locating a populated server can admittedly be a difficult and frustrating experience, the gameplay is incredibly rewarding once you finally land in one. Although many reviews claim the game is dead, the player base—while small—is still active, with a dedicated community that continues to play and develop mods.
Completely dead and useless game. Shame too because it had so many better features the it’s competitors
gibt mir wieder post scriptum ihr schweine das is nicht euer spiel gewessen aber ihr nent es jetzt so als ob ihr es gemacht habt alles was ihr gemacht habt is das spiel getötet gute arbeit mal wieder
It was a good game 5-6 years ago, but it runs so badly now, I couldn't recommend it to anyone.
Good game but tons of problems, main one being player count, only ever one server with nearly a full lobby. Also want to mention that the gameplay can get annoying real quick, almost every gun can one shot you and leave you knocked out and at the mercy of medics (who barley revive or don't get a chance to), regular squad is a lot more balanced, yes WW2 weapons in general are more powerful, but you're not going to get knocked out completely because you get shot in the foot, there is 1000s of stories from WW2 of people surviving much worse, yet they can still fight, they still shoot, they can still move, not fully, but in some capacity, this game you get shot anywhere non vital and you're done for, you cant play unless you give up or get revived. At least with regular squad you are still able to shoot and move (albeit slowly), this game you get shot once and its basically over, regardless of where you get shot, doesn't matter, shot in the hand? KNOCKED OUT, shot in the toe KNOCKED OUT... Not expecting this to turn into COD and I don't want it to, but they need to balance the weapons so that that player experience isn't so unforgiving, getting 1 shotted 95% of the time just isn't fun, and in turn mostly comes down to who sees who first instead of actual skill. Game has a lot of potential, but it has so many flaws right now, and as it stands normal squad is a far better experience, i neither recommend or don't recommend.
servers wont let me one man pumas and sfdz or whatever they are called killed over 30 people and was kicked soloing a tank.
