There are just too many bugs. They initially said the Auction House was one of the biggest causes of lag, which is why it was temporarily removed. But now they’re saying there are exploits in the game, like item duping, which they previously dismissed. It’s confusing because the reasons keep changing.

The game is just bad it looks bad, cheap quality on the highest graphics still looks like it would look on low on another games, the anti aliasing is almost not existent like you can see it smooths out the edges but still not fully smooth and still has pixels sticking out, the game puts you into the world with out telling where to go, like you are put in spawn and that's it go figure it out where to lvl up, the PvE is repetitive the same mobs doing same attacks all the time like bitting you, I though when I went to this game it would have mobs with different attacks that you can dodge like Albion Online but it was a disappointment, the ability casting system was just garbage you wait to cast your ability mob comes and interrupts and you do it again hella frustrating.....My verdict is that the game to repetitive and boring, looks bad, the movement is bad, ability casting system to frustrating, no mob attack variety, Ohhh yee this game is Asset Flip btw they just bought mob packs put in animated them if they weren't animated and called it a day, like howe cheap can you go I wouldn't be surprised if this game was Vibe Coded.
Really good game that is definitely a love letter to Ragnarok (except without Gravity's eternal greed). Runs exceptionally well and the Devs are responsive to issues which is great -- I'm really looking forward to seeing more classes added in!
If you see my message, please read it carefully. I, along with 8-10 other players (and many more I haven't contacted), have been experiencing system issues, including trading and market access being suspended for days—up to 15 days or more. The developers have directed us to submit tickets for investigation, but they haven't responded at all. No one has ever received a reply, and no one has ever reported being helped to regain access to the game. This doesn't even include bans for botting, even though they didn't use it, or suspensions simply for logging in. To this day, we haven't received any assistance. We tried posting a thread on the official Discord server to appeal, but comments were disabled, even though the developers stated that posts were allowed and that similar issues should be consolidated into a single post. They've closed it, attempting to hide the problem. And one developer even responded to our appeals for justice with, "But from what I've seen so far, the majority and especially the extra loud ones have not been innocent." Truly impressive. This is the kind of development team supposed to support and assist you. Just because you're lucky today doesn't mean you'll be lucky forever. Because some players are getting suspended just for trading items with friends in the game, accused of RMT (Random Item Trading), or even those trading items for in-game gold are getting suspended. This system is an automated detection system, meaning we have no way of knowing what we might be doing wrong. And even if we're innocent, we can't do anything because they don't care about fixing the problem. The only options are to buy a new game or play another. I love this game as a player, but I'm extremely disappointed with the terrible service system. The in-game market is collapsing, items are worthless, and there are countless bots in each level. Hopefully, this will serve as a wake-up call for you to make better decisions. For $10 for the game itself and $30 for fashion sets and pets, I've had enough.
The negative reviews are because the servers are having problems handling the sudden influx of... THREE TIMES AS MANY players as they had at the PEAK of the playtest... all logging in and trying to play at the same time. Currently there are still more than 11k players on this game, made by 1 person... and its causing some issues that... logically so, are making people upset. However... review bombing is the new thing these days... If something isnt great in the first 10 min, people swarm to the review section to leave a negative review... its absolutely stupid. The first wave of review bombs came in because lots of people couldnt actually sync into the game. gray screen or no servers listed. The second wave of review bombs have started coming in after people have been getting rolled back on their progress. Both things have happened to me. Its not an issue to me... i dont know why it really would to anyone else... The progress you lose is like.. maybe an hour? Even if its a huge amount of levels/gear lost. Its not that big of a deal in a game where you can get to max level and gear within a day if you nolife. You know? People are just rworded.
my 11m gold is missing, what the fck i didnt open this game for 2-3 day and today y gold is missing
I was randomly banned for absolutely no reason. I have never engaged in RMT (Real Money Trading), I do not use chat, and I have never used macros. All I did in this game was grind entirely on my own. I haven't even used the trading features or the player market, especially since the developers completely closed them down. When I reached out to customer service, the GM replied with an incredibly arrogant attitude, acting as if they couldn't possibly be at fault. They are completely refusing to revoke my ban or look at the actual data.Be warned: if you play this game solo and grind efficiently, their broken automated anti-cheat system will mistake you for a bot, and customer support will completely ignore your appeals. Avoid this game until they fix their terrible support system and automated bans. Plus+++ too many server maintenance ++++too many disconnect+++++++There are too many bugs and a lot of room to exploit this game, and the devs aren't good enough to cope with it.
Old school Ragnarok players will love this game. It is (purposefully) very similar to the pre-p2w RO back in the day. Would recommend if that sounds fun to you. Give it a few days for server issues to be worked out, though. Negative reviews are people who can't give a solo dev a break for unforseen initial player base size crashing servers. Give it some time before you review bomb an indie mmo. Actual clowns.
Game is fun and has a lot of potential
