Lag. Lag and more Lag. Channels get Removed instead of Added. People are AFKING with Macros. Could be good, isnt right now due to reasons as stated. (Lag, Abuse and Tardism)

i played this game with 4 friends, solely as group self found like poe, after 150 hours they falsely restricted my friend with trade lock since we trade gears we need along the group without every putting gold for it, took then exactly 19 days to answer his ticket and another 6 days to lift the restriction, that's fine we continued playing, after a couple days without loggin now me and another group friend are locked the same way, i'm not going to wait 30 days to have this solved, it's sad to see a game like this implement a such terrible automatic system that flags legitimate players and lock everything without a investigation first, they are hurting the playerbase we are going to another arpg game i'll open a ticket but we not coming back till they solve all this mess.

If you see my message, please read it carefully. I, along with 8-10 other players (and many more I haven't contacted), have been experiencing system issues, including trading and market access being suspended for days—up to 15 days or more. The developers have directed us to submit tickets for investigation, but they haven't responded at all. No one has ever received a reply, and no one has ever reported being helped to regain access to the game. This doesn't even include bans for botting, even though they didn't use it, or suspensions simply for logging in. To this day, we haven't received any assistance. We tried posting a thread on the official Discord server to appeal, but comments were disabled, even though the developers stated that posts were allowed and that similar issues should be consolidated into a single post. They've closed it, attempting to hide the problem. And one developer even responded to our appeals for justice with, "But from what I've seen so far, the majority and especially the extra loud ones have not been innocent." Truly impressive. This is the kind of development team supposed to support and assist you. Just because you're lucky today doesn't mean you'll be lucky forever. Because some players are getting suspended just for trading items with friends in the game, accused of RMT (Random Item Trading), or even those trading items for in-game gold are getting suspended. This system is an automated detection system, meaning we have no way of knowing what we might be doing wrong. And even if we're innocent, we can't do anything because they don't care about fixing the problem. The only options are to buy a new game or play another. I love this game as a player, but I'm extremely disappointed with the terrible service system. The in-game market is collapsing, items are worthless, and there are countless bots in each level. Hopefully, this will serve as a wake-up call for you to make better decisions. For $10 for the game itself and $30 for fashion sets and pets, I've had enough.

This is a game with huge potential, but right now the dev team is killing the game themselves. I’ve never seen game devs this bad before. They don’t address the issues, they don’t give any explanations, and they always act like they’re the ones who are right.

Players are unfairly restricted after short playtime, with no chance to refund. Essential features like trading and guild storage vanish, leaving only single‑player grind. Cooperative loot distribution becomes impossible.
