Tags: Tactical Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Tablet Grade tactical combat on hexgrids with limited ressource gathering and production. Not very feature rich with limited A.I., limited amount of scenarios and overall slow boring action. Much better off playing a real PC strategy game like Civ than dealing with this. Might had been okay for tablets but not on PC. WW1 CivBattles. Without research or special ressources or diplo. Just the battles. You do not get prediction of how combat will go around. A.I. just rushes unit forward and attacks blindly so you just keep your high hitting units at an angle and keep your throwaway units in between and you will gradually roll back the A.I. and win. It will be a slow crawl because of the turn based nature of the action. You cannot do much else than just trade blows and try not to make any stupid mistakes and keep your units together. It is not very fun. Ressources were automatically generated and you could spawn a few more units here and there. Only 10 levels total for the campaign but they would take forever to finish because it is so slow and clunky. However the maps themselves are insanely small with your base and the enemy's being right next to each other. After the 10 scenarios all that is left is the multiplayer which I dont believe adds anything to the title. The radial menu to issue actions is oversized to accomodate for finger inputs. Removed for declutter.
2 Kampania 21 misja zawiesza się i nie ładuje. A poprawek nie ma.
As a History line/Battle isle copy it's well done, bug free and a neat little game. It's missing larger maps and map editing or maybe user scenario creation but all in all for the price it's a good game.
Not a patch on Historyline. Small maps. Different turn based system. In historyline trench warefare and long attritional battles happened naturally. SOW is fun for a short while and then you realise it isn't getting any more complicated as you progress through the campaign. Too small. Too simple. AI throws itself at you hopelessly getting wiped out and then you walk over and win an empty battle field. Or just make more planes than the AI and you win every time. Still strangely pleasant.

ça me rappelle le très sympa : History Line 14-18 Voilà c'est pareil
Very similar to Bluebyte's Historyline 1914-18 The Great War. Would recommend if you were a fan of the original!
Bon remake de history line 14-18
initially, the game looked good; even it is almost copy of history line 1914-1918 (in fact i prayed it is a good copy). it has fashion type graphics and principally, the playability is good, challenging and requires a bit of a wit to win in later scenarios. so, why do i quit playing it and do not recommend it? besides lousy unit descriptions (e.g. no range defined for ranged units), it is problematic rules for movement of encircled units (they move too much), imperfect encircling rules generally (there are possible setting which i evaluated as encirclement, but they in fact are not), no apparent terrain rules (except movement points loss) + useless railroads (i have factory connected to rails and i cannot place a newly built train on it). these small imperfections make the otherwise good game unplayable for me.
