Doctor Life Simulator

As a surgeon, I believe this game has potential, but it's very buggy. The further I get into the game, I experience more bugs. I am able to complete and diagnose all the patients correctly but at the end of the day, it says I didn't meet the quota. And it would be a lot better if there was less of the AI generated material. It would be better to have actual people voice the characters, and if the characters weren't AI generated either. I would have recommended, but as it is now, most probably not.

Doctor Life Simulator offers an intriguing concept — stepping into the shoes of a young doctor starting his career, diagnosing patients, and managing a growing clinic. There are some genuinely enjoyable moments: listening to heartbeats, checking temperatures, running tests, or juggling between medical duties and hospital management. When it works, the game feels like a light medical drama where every patient has a bit of personality, and sometimes you end up being more of a therapist than a doctor. Unfortunately, Doctor Life Simulator is still in a rough state. Diagnoses quickly become repetitive, mini-games lack precision, and features like driving or managing staff feel unpolished. The game’s economy and progression system also need major balancing. Yet, the core idea remains promising — with more refinement, added depth, and technical fixes, it could evolve into a charming and engaging medical sim. For now, it’s an interesting prototype with heart, but not quite ready for a full recovery.

This game is buggy and laggy. It wouldn't get passed the training and every time you look around your screen blurs.. I had high hopes that were sadly knocked out.

Отзывы явно накручены. Геймплея в этой игре на 30 минут. Всего есть 5 типов заболеваний. Осмотр - это набор одинаковых мини-игр, по которым тебе нужно определить однозначные правильные заболевания. Максимально скучно и забаговано. Нанимаешь персонал, которого ты не увидишь, просто вместо себя заставляешь осматривать пациентов. Операцией тут называют - сделать укол, пластырем заклеить рану и т.д. все это с максимально тупорылыми мини-играми. В игре просто нечем заниматься. Однообразие наступает уже с первого дня и никак не развивается. Всё это сделано на коленке. Геймплея просто нет.

I think this could be good but why do companies use partial controller support now a days? Who wants to use a controller mouse and keyboard all at once? JUst do full controller support and this would be so much better

Oyunu 4 adet ekran kartı ile denedim ilk ekran kartı GT 730 1 FPS bile veremedi. Sonra RX 550 ile denedim ilginç bir şekilde o da anca 5 FPS verdi. Sonra kendi kartım olan GTX 1050 Ti da denedim kapalı alanlarda 15 FPS açık alanda 30 FPS gördüm. En son RTX 3050 ekran kartında denedim ve ancak o kartta 60 FPS ve üzeri çalışıyor oyun. Optimizasyonu berbat, sadece RTX serisi bir kartınız var ise oynayabiliyorsunuz. Oynasanız bile ekran kartınıza mining yapıyormuş gibi çöküp kartı fena bağırtıyor. Grafikleri en yükseğe ve en düşüğe alma arasında kazandığınız FPS farkı sadece 5 FPS. Nasıl bu kadar berbat bir optimizasyon sorunu yaratmayı başardınız anlam veremedim valla. Intel HD Graphics ekran kartlarının bile açabileceği grafikler RTX kartları bağırtıyor. Önerilen sistem gereksinimlerine kanıp almayın yani minimum sistem dediği ekran kartında anca 1 FPS veriyor.

Needs a lot of work in general, but has potential.
