Best game ever. Anyone who says otherwise just doesn't like the idea that it takes time to be good at something. If you don't have it, buy it. The music is incredible, the visuals are stunning, and the gameplay is tight and addictive. The lack of permanent progression means it's all skill, that no upgrade or increased base skill help you beat it, making completing it for the first time very rewarding. I would say it is definitely worth it to get Spelunky HD despite its similarities to Spelunky Classic. The controls are tighter, there are level feelings which create unique runs, secret levels that randomly appear, and another thing that will be discussed in the spoiler tag. [spoiler]The true final boss is one of the best things about Spelunky HD. I went in knowing how to reach it but I believe anyone could figure it out based on the information the game provides. Not only that but hell is exactly what I want in a secret world, a much more difficult but incredibly fun optional challenge.[/spoiler]

great game
Spelunky is fantastic, this has quickly become one of my favourite recently played series. I'm going back to this game from Spelunky 2 to scratch more of the itch, and it holds up although it's comparatively simpler and less polished. There's still plenty to do and rock-solid core gameplay that makes it a valid option as the more affordable entry point- at least for the single player! Consider skipping straight to Spelunky 2 if you're mainly interested in the multiplayer, where the quality of life makes a big difference.
Достаточно сложный но затягивающий платформер. Те кто любит сложность вам сюда. Это рогалик, формула простая, вы проходите пещеры, желательно как можно быстрее, а все что внутри пещер зачастую пытается вас как можно быстрее аннигилировать. Проходя уровни сможете открывать себе шорткаты. Билдов не то что бы очень много и нужно сказать что на поздних уровнях слишком много рандома, который требует кучу концентрации, аккуратности и везения.
