About

- Your Reign, Your Rules - Every choice you make defines your legacy and the fate of your Kingdom...
- Recruit eccentric Knights - Manage a court of unpredictable heroes with big egos and even bigger problems.
- Manage Your Round Table - Send Knights on quests where success or disaster hinges on your judgment.
- Bend Time and Tempt Fate - Rewind decisions, uncover secrets, and pursue forbidden romances.
- Expand Your Tower - Build new annexes, acquire upgrades, and outwit rival rulers.

Ah, finally - a suitable Sovereign for the job. Yes, you, right there, come sit on this comfy throne. Ah you like the feel of that, don’t you? Congratulations, you’re hired! My name is Arlin and I’m your advisor. Welcome to your first day, and please, allow me to provide thee with a day in the life of a Sovereign and you can then decide how will you rule, my liege...
- In the morning you must tend to your subjects and listen to the problems that plague the Kingdom. From gardening to exorcisms - there’s never a boring day on the throne.
- Each decision you make will shape your kingdom and relationships with individuals, collectives and other rulers. Every interaction will play a part in defining your legacy.
- Balance your affinity with the Merchants, Mystics, Scholars, Nobles and People, as well as the Treasury, or spend it all and backstab everyone. Either way works, my grace.
- Recruit eccentric Knights with strong personalities and questionable morals to serve at your Round Table. Unfortunately for you, these are the jesters you’re relying on to keep your Kingdom running smoothly.
- With great egos, comes great drama! These Knights aren’t going to be a walk in the Tower’s Garden, sire. There’s always advice to be taken, grievances to be shared and romance to be explored.
- You must keep your Knights satisfied otherwise they may just leave your court for good. Maybe that’s sometimes for the best though...
- Manage your Knights from the Round Table. Here you can view all the requests from your subjects that you obliged to earlier in the day. Assign the most equipped Knight for the job to reduce chances of failure.
- Your Knights possess stats: Strength, Agility, Charisma, Magic and Wit. Each Quest requires a different skill set. Need a Charismatic approach? Maybe we shouldn’t send Ursula, your grace.
- After they return from their Quests, you’ll be debriefed with the results of their venture. Did their efforts result in Critical Failure or Critical Success? Or did they experience a completely Unexpected Outcome?
- In the Crypts of the Tower dwells a Demon who can turn back time. So, if it all goes wrong, you can go back with all the knowledge you’ve learned, make alternate decisions and change fate.
- Of course, you have me, your main advisor at your service, but there are others. For example, The Intendant has a nosy habit of collecting secrets about your Knights. She’ll provide the juicy gossip as you require it it!
- If you like romancing stone statues, then you’ve come to the right place. No, really, go speak to the Lady of the Tower and find out.
- Prove your worthiness against opposers by joining hands with neighbouring counties and forging great alliances.
- Expand your Tower by adding new Annexes which in turn will allow for more positions to open amongst your court.
- From Carina’s Forge to the Witch’s Alchemy Room, each of these new Annexes gives you the ability to craft new items to assist your Knights on their Quests.

I really like this game :) I'll admit, without spoilers, that the endings feel a little bit lackluster to me. The main gimmick of this game is time travel, and finishing the game feels like they randomly force a bad or less-than-ideal ending to make you rewind to the start of the game. It felt super abrupt and may not have even made much sense. For me, despite playing as a kind ruler who tried to prevent any conflict, winning means that the game basically scorns you for being bad and merciless seemingly just to make you regret and go back to the start. It's VERY well designed all the way through, and there's a lot of fun options to make most playthroughs feel different. That said, there's two particular points that feel like they weren't quite fully baked. It feels like they build up two inhuman antagonists. You confront one, who says ominous things and leaves forever, and the other one (the lock) just seems to build up to something ominous and never do anything afterwards. You would assume that there would be a far more with them, and perhaps even the final antagonist, but all of them amount to little more than vibes alone. Everything about finishing it just sort of made me disappointed. Maybe I'm missing something, since there's apparently many options available that could change the outcomes, but after finishing my second playthrough I still feel like they aren't making full use out of the ideas presented. But if you value the gameplay itself, its great. The demo is a fantastic and addicting way to find out if you like it, as I did. If you enjoy that as well, buy it! The whole game feels like it just gets better and better as you play... until that very end - that is. The game design and art is wonderful, and while the writing may be a bit too "quirky" for some, I thought they did a nice balance between the comedic dialogue and the grounded dialogue. Almost every knight is great, and there's many options. The main crew are great, the people from the neighboring counties are interesting in their own right, and the secret knights you get with certain decisions all feel like a real treat to unlock. Plus, the game builds off of itself. Many of the knights you recruit will, upon restarting the game using the time rewind once you finish it, be available to call in early. This is great, especially since you can finish their story if you missed it the first time (which seems intended). I became really addicted, in particular, to the knight-management. Building up their stats, occasionally working on their stories, and getting the best equipment for the job was just as enjoyable the second time around as the first time. On top of that, I really enjoyed the quests and county-courting. On my first playthrough, discovering each county and doing their quests felt like a truly ideal bit of game design to make my first try have little milestones. Each one is so different and special in its own little way, and I would wake up early in the morning immediately thinking about what the next place could be. Though I should mention that I just didn't care much for the last few in act 3. They're also quite unique, two being important to some of your knights and even having an impact from the beginning of the game, but for whatever reason I just didn't feel like they made me as interested as the first 5-6 counties did. I don't quite know why, but by that point they felt sort of secondary to me as a complete reverse of how I previously considered those quests my main focus. For $20 or even less, this is a great indie game that is absolutely worth a buy. Most of the fun clearly comes from discovering your mistakes through your first playthrough, then replaying it to either breeze through using all the new options or just try some new options and paths. When I first heard of it I was a little worried it'd be a simple dating sim game with a little bit of gameplay added, but I did my whole first playthrough and adored the game even without the romance, so if you don't care for that then you have nothing to worry about in terms of what you'll get playing it yourself. The only concern other than the anticlimactic feeling I got when I was done is that there may not be a whole lot left for me now that I've done my second playthrough. I may be wrong, but unless I want to just be evil, I don't see a ton of content left for me to do other than the stuff I've already done. But its still probably worth an occasional playthrough to try and get more achievements or solve knights' stories or recruit new people to the roundtable. It may not be a game where I find myself replaying it over and over and get hundreds of hours, but its still probably one of my favorite games to date. On a final note, the developers seem like really great people. They listen closely to the community, and I found that dialogue was changed and design was altered based on feedback from the discussions online during the demo's release. They put a lot of hard work into this, and made something really special. Please give it a try, at least with the demo! :D

Solid game of a rare dispatcher sim kind with all necessary plot hooks, character individuality and replayabillity value. The artwork is also nice. Some desicions bring the most unexpected albeit logical consequences which is exactly what I like about this type of games. So yeah, play it, cherish it, hopefully we will see more of it in the future!
It was a fun game, at about the 70% mark although, it started getting tedious and I rushed through the last half of the third act to finish the game. Putting as not recommended so this gets noticed properly. I got pretty bored with the time rewind mechanic and stopped playing multiple times because of it. The devs really need to add more quality of life features to make the time rollback mechanic less tedious. I refuse to explore the other paths because of the tedium now. Things they can do: - make armor repair and kitchen treats doable from the round table screen, along with any other mechanic such as training. - really work on reducing clicks in general, especially after you've done it a few times. doing the 4 click 4 dialog kitchen dance gets really tedious for the 20th time - make audience events that don't have any new choices completely skippable with an optional 'replay' dynamic. - make round table and quest setups exactly the same as the last time you did them if possible so we don't have to redo them again. This gets really annoying having to do item, horse and more choices along with quests and forge repairs and so on. Offer undo options for things like forge repairs to make this more tenable. This would along with audience skipping would really cut down on tedium. Even make it a spreadsheet if needed so we can do everything in one screen. - a time traveler's tree view so we can see branches we haven't explored yet to save further time you can probably think of a bit more.

I found the art and the game to be charming, but ultimately the main story is too slow, uninteresting, and bogged down by uninteresting and repetitive "gameplay". The game could use significant QOL improvements - e.g. automatically sending good food to people, automatically getting rumors, a better way to pick from dialogues in the management of the castle, ways to auto-optimize gear, etc. On top of that I found the "gimmick" to not be fun, and it makes all of those negatives pop out even more, as you'll not just be using the same systems, but you'll literally be using them on the same events. I also think the game could benefit greatly from voice acting, for something so based around reading text from unique characters, even if the game cost more.
