Gameplay is too simple, I have literally fallen asleep playing it. You only press W and run in circles, if you keep moving you can't get hit because enemies has 5 sec chargetime on attacks, AoEs you easily sidestep. Would refund if I could. Music is good tho.
Nice for the first 38 hours before I killed the Void King: a steady progression of new characters, new runes, new unlocks... Grindy for the next 30 hours as I maxed every character. I tried Poison / Doom / Burn builds where the characters had access to the relevant skills, but found myself going back to the old faithful Contagion-Putrefy-Viper-Dog/Moose-Rat as other builds I tried just didn't seem to do enough damage. Still, the game didn't force me to grind. I just did that for the achievements. Builds do seem unbalanced, though. Some characters just have vastly better skills / artifacts / weapons / ascension passives. Myrmidon has an artifact power that summons 20 little guys! I like summons, so that was fun.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Wasn't expecting too much from this but kept me coming back, "just another run" feeling. + Addicting gameplay loop + Big variety in skills and characters + Feeling of constant progress + Lots of things/achievments to collect - "Wrong" build can make the game feel very slow
Soulstone Survivors is by no means a bad survivor game. In fact, it is very polished and well balanced. The problem is that it has been over polished with each iteration and realignment of stats over the years. Nothing really stands out about it anymore. The wiki being outdated (since a number of patches ago) and lack of in-game resources to keep up with the stat changes and corresponding impact to optimize your build is probably what put the nail in the coffin for me. It is no longer rewarding to optimize older class for new meta when the stat would either change again, and you can simply trudge through the older classes with a working cookie cutter build from a similar newer class and move on. The titan hunt game mode is excellent, it should have brought some new life back to the game but came too late as the game already worn itself out. Now it is just a hassle to keep up with the achievement farming with new updates. For new players: once you unlocked the basics to clear a run efficiently, you can farm through the talent tree of each character in about 3 or so runs. Then it is just a matter of going through each character in each game mode. With this many characters, it just becomes a process... assuming you manage to stick around that long.
Very boring. A running around simulator where the abilities didn't have much weight to them, picking up soulstones didn't feel rewarding.
This is one of the few games that I've completed 100% of all achievements. I love all of the typical fantasy character themes. I love the combat and the boss fights. My only critique is when you get deeper into a run the greatest limiting factor is the game engine itself and how well it handles generating the graphics. I've had to cut a few runs short because the game starts lagging pretty badly.
This game is repetitive boring slop, unimaginative gameplay and a waste of my time.
fun and grindy game.. had this game 100% and today 12th june 2026 they add more achievements where u need to grind from paragon 100 to 150, just nonsence.. bs devs
too repetitive , boring skill tree, I usually really enjoy these type of games but this one just didnt hit.
