Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
9 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I would like to thank Unknownproject with his patch as makes this game a little more tolerable but the porting is still a hot mess, even by following all his instruction the game will crash a LOT, will duplicate items and mess up puzzles (a bug also present on console) and some bosses can get stuck on some attack patterns which will make them invulnerable. I've decided to finish this version on Hard mode for completism, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do the same.
I loved it, not the best silent hill but now with Lost Message and f, definitely not the worst

9 on sale6 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 6 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 9 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Infelizmente mais um porte horrível pra pc... - O jogo crasha toda hora. ( Clique esquerdo do mouse igual a ''1'' ??? Jogue no console.
I used a patch for the framerate and view scaling, and the code is available on GitHub. Silent Hill: Homecoming is not as exciting as the others, that's true, but it still offers valuable gameplay. I don't like the combat mechanics, and I’m not a big fan of the overall environment. Still, it's a Silent Hill game.
Being a fan of all the other Silent Hill games, I had wanted to play Homecoming for a long time. However, after seeing the poor reviews, I hesitated and kept postponing it. With the Silent Hill 2 remake out and Silent Hill f in production, I figured now was the right time — even if the game is a bit outdated. Once you get past the crashing issues (don’t alt-tab, make sure to install all the programs Steam asks for during the initial setup, and use the Unknownproject patch if necessary), the experience becomes much smoother. The game definitely feels old-school, but it still carries the same eerie atmosphere and unsettling storytelling that Silent Hill is known for. The scenario was surprisingly engaging, and I found myself hooked, eager to unravel the mysteries of this particular chapter. I’d recommend this game to fans of horror games, and especially to Silent Hill enthusiasts. Sure, there are a few gameplay flaws and its age shows, but if you can look past those minor downsides, there’s a lot to appreciate. The story alone makes it worth playing, and I was genuinely intrigued to discover what was happening in this haunted town. If you’re not afraid of outdated graphics and gameplay, I believe Silent Hill Homecoming is still a solid and enjoyable horror experience.
Pior Silent Hill. A cereja do bolo, o jogo crasha.
as a silent hill fan, this game is kinda poo poo stinky this is a barely functioning PC port that basically requires fan-made patches to fix. and after spending hours patching the game and setting up controller functionality and borderless window, it ended up being a pretty underwhelming experience. I'll probably come back and finish this some time soon (only as a silent hill fan who never beat this game before), but if ur a new fan reading this, or someone considering purchasing this game, know that this is probably the worst game to start with in the franchise imo. go play silent hill 3 instead, thank me later :) (edit: I finished it, and it was fine enough ig, but it still definitely doesn't hold a candle to the team silent games, which I highly recommend playing instead)
Just bought this game at discount and didn't expect to get jumpscared by a game this old. Can't wait for the remake.
There is a decent game buried underneath but I just personally don't have the patience to get past the crashes and freezing. Bought this game on sale and was playing on steam deck, using the deck's controller settings and a community layout to make this work with a gamepad pretty decently. The atmosphere is good, the monsters are creepy. The story pulled me in ever so slightly, unfortunately as other reviews have stated, this is a terrible port with crashing and freezing, which for me usually happened whenever I tried to save, coasting me hours of progress here and there and I just don't feel like replaying it after the last time.
