Buggy mess with predatory, virtual-pay-to-win mechanics (No real money, this is a satirical game). 10/10 exactly as advertised. Do not recommend playing.
I wouldn't call this a game. Is just an irritating experience that claims to be a "joke" and a "critique" to show how bad the game industry is. Truth is, is just a stupid and lazy attempt to do so. Absolute waste of time. The restart doesn't do anything - just loads your savedata - which if you somehow have 3hp - good luck....
Shadow of Loot Box starts out as an interesting meta commentary on gaming but the joke wears thin before the game ends. Maybe that's intentional to play into the message, but accidentally boring or intentionally boring, the user experience is the same.
Good case study about what not to do if you are making a game.
Uma critica a monetização e mecanicas dos jogos atuais. Interessante. Divertido no inicio, um tanto repetitivo no final.
Mostly a meme game. Even though it's very bare-bones, but somehow it has all the basics in place for it to be a good game if the devs actually wanted to create a game out of this... game ^^
Jogo curto com mecanicas bem simples... Adoro esse conceito de fazer paródia com desenvolvimento de jogos, nos faz refletir sobre a repetição continua que alguns jogos trazem.
This game was completely epic. The off-the-wall humor and jests and jabs at gaming glitches that live within the game itself are thoroughly relate-able, and are presented in a fine tongue-in-cheek fashion. The combat required attention to the details of what you chose to do, what angle you came in from, how you chose to maneuver out of the way of threats, so on and so forth. The nature of quests and puzzles is worthy of the highest adoration, and the game itself is completely family friendly. With plenty of jokes, threatening enemies, and considerable creativity filling the game... The game was exciting, entertaining and memorable.
Meh. It wasn't for me. I bought it just because of a bundle. I wouldn't recommend. Waste of time
A tongue-in-cheek game pointing out the absurdity of recent games. I enjoyed the game when I played it for the most part, but did come to find that the humour sometimes killed the gameplay. I enjoyed it but really wish there was controller support now that I'm on a laptop, touchpads suck for FPS...
