Shadow Man is a sick, underrated 90's gaming gem that I've been lowkey obsessed with since I was a kid. Nightdive's remaster gives the game some deserved gameplay and visual modernization while remaining very faithful. That by itself would be fantastic, but then they restored a ton of awesome cut content that most Shadow Man fans never even knew about and got the original composer to create some more haunting music to go with it! Over the past decade+ there have been a lot of remasters of classic games but in my opinion Nightdive's Shadow Man remaster is the best of them all.
Jugùe Shadowman en la epoca que apareciò, allà a finales de los 90 siendo un adolescente, una copia pirata como todo lo que se manejaba en ese entonces, nunca lo terminè y no llegue a valorarlo como era debido. Si lo tengo que definir hoy en pleno 2026 dirìa que es un Metroidvania oscuro, melancòlico, laberìntico, rompecràneos en 3D, con mucho plataformeo. Es un juegazo por dònde lo mires, muy adictivo, asì que preparate para dedicarle unas cuantas horas, èste remake cumple en todo sentido, un gran trabajo que merece la pena tener en cuenta

N64-эпоха преподнесла нам не игру, а болотный некро-лабиринт про смерть, серийных убийц, вуду и архитектуру, которую проектировал навигатор из ада после инсульта. Атмосфера тут густая, как черная жижа в подвале: Луизиана, Deadside, храмы, кости, маски, шепот, загробная тоска — визуально и по тону это реально культовая мpaзь, а не очередной безопасный фэнтези-парк. Nightdive, как обычно, достали труп, расправили ему позвоночник, прикрутили нормальное разрешение, управление и вырезанный контент, но внутри это все еще древняя игра, где прогресс часто выглядит как — иди туда, не знаю куда, собери 45 душевых жетонов сатаны и возвращайся в коридор, который ты видел три часа назад. Это не плотный экшен, а мрачная метроидвания с похоронной логистикой: если любишь исследовать больную архитектуру и не боишься потеряться в кишках дизайна 1999 года — кайфанешь. Если хочешь, чтобы игра уважала твое время, Shadow Man посмотрит на тебя пустыми глазами и тихо закроет за тобой дверь в Deadside.

Uno de los mejores juegos de todos los tiempos.
Finally [b] achievements 100% [/b] ! It's a shame though, I only recommend this game to those who are fans of retro gaming or who have played the original [spoiler] doing the horror mode to complete everything like getting the teddy bears and all the cadeaux is crazy but doable, said by someone who has done it) [/spoiler] I will play it again only if there will be a real remake or a reboot.
