Molto carino.
Well done wargame, really well done, turn on the AI to expert for best experience.
I like this new title of the SGS collection. Clearly simpler than the WW2 ones, faster to play. Gameplay is fast and comfortable, and the graphics are excellent. At first it may seem boring, as there is less to do than in the bigger campaigns of the other two games, but this is a realistic rendering of that conflict, with limited operations on a vast battlefield. The nice trick is their recreation of the international situation and, above all, US domestic politics that has an impact of that war. Bravo to SGS. Eagerly waiting the next one (Afrika Korps Tunisia is announced)
Decent game I loved the music!
After repeatedly having to quit the game on "turn 12 of 10"or other equally ludicrous turn number because the game won't end, I finally quit playing the game, especially after one game in which I won every battle and received no victory points whereas the Mexicans won by 19. That's four SGS titles now that won't end when they're supposed to, or will make you lose regardless of what you do, and there's no explanation for it. I can't bring myself to pay for another game that fails to do what it claims to.
Interesting , largely unknown campaigns...the game is multi-dimentional, the counter graphics are sharp and enhance the boardgame feel. Pleasant surprise!
Great game! I like how the main focus is on the battles and yet the cards and other aspects of the game add the historical background and events of that time period. The game has been well supported and updated too.
